I purchased an unlimited business subscription with them two years in a row, which wasn't really so unlimited and not so business oriented either. I have had various arguments with their support, as they are really nosy on the files you are hosting, meaning you shouldn't expect any privacy, but not any help either, they blocked all my websites because one had a virus. They also wanted me to upgrade to a more expensive package so they could provide better protection.

Another problem was site speeds, all websites hosted through them looked amazingly fast when first set up, but then a few months later all their speed rankings went down from B to D, after contacting them they fixed the problem temporarily, and later on the same thing happened.

And finally when migrating our websites to a new host, they said they didn't have any backups of a website we forgot to migrate, just two days after the subscription ended.

Keep in mind that I have also referred 3 other clients at them, and their referral program just gets stuck around $90, so you will never reach the $100 milestone for their payout.

One of the best things I did this year is not collaborating with CloudyHost/ Webhost anymore.

Easy user interface however the payment page is somehow confusing. Although fully paid, the statements still show "awaiting payment" for a while.
It will be a pleasure to buy more domain names in the very near future.

I wanted to purchase a VPS from them: 1)Terrible sales service; 2)Very long delays between chats; 3)Bad English skills. Finally they did not answer all my qeustions. They asked my peronal ID without giving me a reason for it, even when I asked for it. So I went somewhere else. Note, they told me that their VPS are hosted in France, so that there is no need for me seek their servcies for my Albanian visitors. There are planty of European providers.
