I purchased a high-quality base-layer product, but the zipper broke within a year of use. After reaching out directly to the store via email to express my concerns, I received a brief yet professional response. The team quickly offered me a product replacement, which arrived promptly. Overall, my experience with the customer service team was excellent; they were responsive and a pleasure to deal with, resulting in a great customer service experience!

Beautiful clothes but unkind employees. Walked in with my sister and mom and were unacknowledged and not checked in on. Minutes later two women walked in and were offered Prosecco and helped around the store. Classist and pompous. Wanted to purchase a sweater but decided against. Better culture and items in other places in park city!

Yes this store is expensive but the quality is worth it. Not only are the clothes absolutely beautiful but they are made with love and care for the buyer and the environment. In an era of fast fashion, we have forgotten the true cost of items. Especially when you add in materials and manufacturing that doesn’t harm our planet.

They also have incredibly friendly staff to help you while in the store (but without bombarding you with questions and pushing sales on you, which I greatly appreciate).

I would definitely give this place a browse while in park city

One of the only companies I've dealt with that just ignores its customers emails. It also hides its return policy in the fine details of a policy page. You guys are losing a customer here that spends thousands at a time when they find a company they like. It's unfortunate you chose to alienate your customers in the way you've made me feel. It's surprising, inexcusable, and not the way you should run an otherwise appealing company, but I have no desire to do business with you in the future.

Beautiful store right at the base of historical Main Street. Their clothes are of excellent quality. They have beautiful merino wool sweaters and really nice winter jackets. It’s the perfect store for Christmas gifts! I love their simple merino wool shirts. They work well as a base layer or on their own. The staff is always super pleasant and very helpful 🙂

Had a great experience at We Norwegians! We visited in the summer mid-week, so the store was not busy, and all questions about the brand and products were answered quickly. Are products expensive? Sure, definitely higher priced than what you will find at fast fashion retailers, but also not above and beyond other Main Street Park City shops. Additionally, these are high quality wool products that will last you for many, many years to come if your treat them well. I had no intentions of making a purchase when we visited, but the products were excellent quality, so cozy, with a distinct European style that I love, that summer sale prices convinced me to invest and now that it's chilly out, I'm so glad I did. While I may not splurge here often, I'll make another purchase, without a doubt.

The attention to detail, great silhouettes and high quality wool make We Norwegians my new favorite brand. I've been a WoolX and Ibex fan forever but these prices are considerably more affordable and the colors and styles are far more appealing. So excited to have stumbled upon this shop.

Bought a sweater here 5 years ago. It was a little pricey is high quality and held up well, so it’s well worth it. So if you love what you try on, just buy it!
