Erfan was absolutely amazing. He took the time to explain to me the value and the process and made me feel comfortable that I was getting the best price available (which I was I had been to 4 places and they all tried to give me the bare minimum for my scrap gold). Granted it was only broken or damaged jewelry but he was a few hundred above the closest offer I got. That is why I will continue to use him and know that he actually cares about people and making sure they are getting a fare price. Thank you again Erfan for treating me like a customer and not some sucker to make money off of like others

I can not vouche for their repairs, but as for the price of what they offer to buy gold or jewelry look elsewhere. Came here twice both as test to see if they will give a fair market value for certain items. Both times they fell drastically short. As in 50% less than others. If you have gold or diamonds I highly recommend looking elsewhere to sell! I mean that with all my heart. Don't get ripped off. You can find a fair market value in many other places.
