What an honest company! My electric water heater went out so I called to inquire about a price for a new water heater. Instead of pushing me to have a tech come out or trying to sell me a new one on the spot, the gentleman I spoke with told me about the reset switch under a panel on the water heater. I drained the sediment prior to pushing reset (probably the first time in years it had been drained) and a ton came out. I then found the reset button, hit it and voila! No more cold showers! In this tough economy, I was stressing the thought of such a major expense; especially around the holidays. Words can’t express my gratitude to Water Heaters Only for their customer service and just being good people. Even though I don’t need a new water heater at this time, my heater has a few years on it and the day will arrive eventually that I’ll need a new one. This company earned my trust, so when that day arrives, this is where I’ll be buying my water heater.

A 5 star experience. Called and spoke to a professional team member the evening my hot water heater had failed and made an appointment for the following morning. Don S came to my door with a friendly professional demeanor and was highly skilled in replacing my unit. Don took pride in his work and it showed. Everything was done right, on time and on budget.

Don S. Was very knowledgeable in water heaters, came out next day to give an estimate. Came back next day after estimate to replace old water heater.
Took his time to do job right and cleaned up after.

Another great experience with Don S - years after he installed my past worn out water heater.. Like before, he explained what needed to be done, how much it would cost and how long it would take. and then excuted that plan upon my sighne approval. No waiting for a water heater to be delivered - he had it and supplies in his van.
I'm happily showerin warm water again. It was fun to see Don again and reassuring to have his knowledge and excellent service solving my problem !! hurrah don! David O

Amazing customer service! Carlos was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Came out same day and had the job done in a little over an hour. They also are very affordable and provide a six year warranty. Highly recommend!

We had Don S. as our technician. He was friendly, professional and did an excellent job removing our old water heater and installing the new one in our main house. We will have Water Heaters Only out when we need to replace our guest house water heater whenever that may be.

Don S. Is my kind of dude! Water Heaters Only came on the same day as I called for help. I feel that the price was right for a new 50 gallon tank with parts and labor ( our 40 gallon was 12 years old!). Don was my technician and he was excellent!! Got the job done in under a couple of hours. I am very happy I found this company and I am honored to have had Don as our technician.
