We have experienced several instances where the system failed to capture domain renewal orders after submission. Fortunately, we always verify the domain's WHOIS record following each renewal submission and noticed that the orders were not processed. Upon contacting live chat support, they assured us they would follow up, but we received no updates. It was only after a second attempt to reach out via live chat that they confirmed the issue and prioritized processing the domain renewal. We are sharing this feedback in the hope that the service provider will improve their service and resolve the system issue.

Extremely cruel and brutal of them to transfer away domain name! Straight to another registrar just because we asked them to remove the clientTransferProhibited status on a domain we managed. Support told me they would remove it and I have screenshots of their support team telling me they have removed. This is despite an existing VPS service of SGD$1998.69 currently active with them.

There is no such thing as good faith with Vodien.

Extremely nasty and the moment you want to stop being a customer they lock away your domain for a year when you don't transfer in time!

All existing Singapore customers please make sure if you have .com/.net/.co domains to stay away and flee from Vodien before your renewal!!!

Singapore domains like .com.sg and .SG are still owned by a local entity so it's safer.

After reaching out to Vodien's review team, someone eventually contacted me to address my inquiries. Although there were a few hiccups along the way, the issue was ultimately resolved. While I'm still unsure about how responsive their support team will be in the future, I appreciate the assistance I received over the past few weeks in resolving my case.

Vodien used to be very responsive and helpful several years ago. But in the recent few years, it is hard to get any response from them via email. Both sales and support. I have repeatedly tried to reach out to them but no reply. Probably time to seek out other hosting companies once my plan expires.

Worst web hosting company ever.

They are always full of excuses and their favourite line to use is “we understand” but no action is taken to resolve the issues.

We are unable to receive and send out emails and they have stated that someone from my company has requested to delete the VPS server. We have already renewed the server and the amount was deducted twice in fact.

This company is such a scam. Don't ever engage Vodien for your web hosting.

I had several disappointing experiences with Vodien Support, but things turned around when Irene S. came to my support. She was patient and thorough in addressing my concerns when our site was compromised. Irene not only helped us update our server but also went above and beyond, offering valuable advice on preventing future issues. If all support reps were as attentive and knowledgeable as Irene, I’d happily give a 5-star rating.

the delay in their response and lack of effective communication made the situation even worse. If you rely on your website and email for business, I would not recommend Vodience due to their slow response time and lack of proactive customer support.

the biggest scam and non responding company i have ever encounter
1. sign up and paid for a package more than 10 months ago
2. only till date 10 months later then we found out the service was not activated and vps was not even migrated
3. raise to attention of technical team and sales person
4.took more than 1 week to tell us its resolved on 9th dec
5. we tried to migrate our new website to have it up on the 16th dec then realise its not even the resolved, everything is not as per what we paid and signed up for 10 months ago
6. raise a ticket for support and now on 19th we are told the technical team still trying to to quote "Our seniors could not provision the lacking addon products in your plan. They must first confirm the missing products in your new VPS server with your Vodien account specialist""
7. a scam from the company, sign up and PAID for the package, and only found out 10 months later by MY new technical team that vodien collect my money but did not activate the service
8. worse thing is when something happen problems can be resolve, 2-3 weeks and still not resolve.
9. cant get the person involve for more than 1 week, and 1st thing is to tell us its not their fault its someone else fault

No stars deserved at all! As I am typing, the VPS that I was just migrated to is down for the past 3 hours and my regional offices' operations are affected due to email send/receive failure. Such a failure!

2 weeks ago, a sales rep, Erwin contacted us to upgrade to VPS as we were on an old server. And so we upgraded but I specifically informed him that I wanted the migration to be done during weekend or CNY period. Lo and behold, the migration team started the migration at 7pm on a weekday night without informing us.

And we only got to know about it the next morning, since nobody checks emails after 6pm. We had nameservers that need to be updated for the different domains. So, imagine the delay in send/receive emails during propagation.

Been with them for so long and so many issues. But we cannot afford the downtime to move so many email addresses to another hosting. Freaking regret it.
