I have used Tiger Direct and liked the company, but not anymore. I had a computer die on me and found one to replace it. However, I was able to get my old computer working so returned my order. It is now in limbo for over 45 days and that is $1400 down the tube. I have tried for months to get it refunded, but get caught in a BS cycle of customer agents unable to assist me. I had to fight this with my credit card company.(Update) Still leaving the review at a 1, but was able to recover the refund but had to swallow the cost of shipping it back, even though I was promised that money as well.

It's true. Tiger Direct is no longer trustworthy. They took my money immediately & then said they won't process the order (charge me) because they won't ship to a mail annex. They did charge me & now tell me I won't get my money back for 3 BUSINESS days. So almost a week. Credit card processing said they did not charge me but the money is gone. STAY AWAY from this company

Still running scams like the good old days. If anybody remember the mail and rebate Bonanza from the early 2000s. We ordered iPad pro a few days ago. They canceled the orders .reason "price mistake" bait and switch!!

I wished I had checked reviews here before ordering. They forgot to include a drive I ordered with the computer and gave me the run around for days. I finally got fed up after multiple calls and asked for a return authorization # and magically they agreed to send what I had paid for. Worst customer support experience ever.

I’d give them -5 stars. Cancelled my order without even letting me know, I have to contact them to find out my order was cancelled, and no reason was provided. I hope they go out of business as soon as possible and avoid upsetting more people.

Purchased an all-in-pne desktop. It arrived box flaps open. Computer just thrown in box with a few air pillow thrown in. I refused to accept it, called no-customer service. They shut it takes 7-10 business days to get a return skip. Took 4 days to be packed and shipped. Day 11 still nothing. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!

Buyer beware. I ordered a printer directly with a phone call. My order was POOLEY PACKAGED ,incomplete.eg. power cord adapters,manual and USB hub. After two weeks of going back-and-forth ,they told me I ordered the wrong product and it did not come Come with those items. I even had a copy of the original screenshot the page that showed it was all included they refused to complete the order .They wasted two weeks of my time and energy. AFTER RESEARCHINDGTHE PRINTER FURTHUR ,OTHER DISTRIBUTORS INCLUDED ALL THE ITEMS I WAS MISSING IN THEIR PRICE. AND THEY STILL WOULDN’T WORK WITH ME . I would not order anything from them . if you read the disclosure at the bottom of their page ,”prices me are subject to change at any time and they are not responsible for price changes! They are a third party distributor located in THE Philippines. NOT PROFESSIONAL ,NOT RELIABLE ,DON’T DEAL WITH THEM

FRAUDULENT COMPANY!! They sell product that does not work or not as advertised. When contacting them for return and refund you will be hung up, lied to, and miss lead. Then you will get one email for the return but no response or direction on how to return product. Will take your money and not return it. FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!! Stay away and do not spend your money. I have emails, documentation, and recorded calls. FRAUD!!!
