I have been to one of these franchises before and have been disappointed, but this location was on par with success. The service here was fantastic, from accommodating special seating for my mother to assisting her when we were ready to leave. Our waitress, Gabby, was very attentive and treated us like family. The food was delicious, and the perfect temperature was appropriate.

I had left a 1 star review last year for TRH because I had a not so great experience but we went in for lunch today and our server Michelle changed that!

We did not get any bread for the table because im on a strict diet and Michelle understood and didn’t try to push any appetizers because they all had what I couldn’t have.

The food was hot and fresh and Michelle was very attentive, not just to our food able but for her entire section. She’s a hard worker and deserves that recognition!

have been coming here forever but really need to brag about our server last night. she was fantastic and made sure my steak was the perfect rare. 1st time ive ordered a steak and it was cooked so perfectly. (1st choice is always rare prime rib)

They have really improved this location. The staff is very friendly and attentive but not overly. The food is really good. My burger was great! They even brought back the peanuts!

Been here multiple times. Always busy Fri and Sat night. The trick is to get on the online wait list before arriving. Once seated the wait staff tries to keep you satisfied. They may be a little under staffed, like everywhere. The drinks were excellent and the beer was cold. We had the cheese sticks, Caesar salad, house salad, Dallas fillet 6 oz and the bone-in Ribeye 20 oz. Sides included fries and mashed potatoes. The cheese sticks were too salty. Salads were large and good. Steaks were good to excellent. Fries were good but a bit salty. Mashed potatoes were good. If you are looking a good steak at a reasonable price, this is the place. Fri and Sat dinner is really busy. Most other days and times it's less busy and not so loud. I can recommend this place but be prepared to wait if it's busy.

Another visit we ordered the house salad, cup of chili, prime rib with mashed potatoes and a prime rib with mushrooms and blue cheese. Still good service and good prices.

Oct 2024 visit. We ordered drinks and all were excellent. Did you know you can order steaks not on the menu? So I ordered an 18 oz ribeye with fries and a cup of chili - everything was excellent. My guests ordered ribs, house salad and fries. However my meal was hot and hers was barely warm. We sent it back and it didn't return until I was already done. That tells me there are timing issues in the kitchen. Someone came out and apologized but offered nothing else. Other than that our server was excellent. Please note it was Thursday at 4:30 pm so not slammed.

Although it wasn't super busy, my husband and I waited at least 10 minutes to get a seat bc of staff being short. I'm in food service, I get it. My husband, not so much. He was ready to leave. However, once we finally got seated, our server Kate was the absolute best! She was very friendly, upbeat, and positive despite having a lot of others to wait on. Her attitude turned the entire experience around for me. I had a grilled chicken sandwich with mushrooms and cheese. My husband had some type of sirloin. We both enjoyed our meals. When we were leaving, there were no less than 20 people waiting to be seated, so we got off pretty easily. I would definitely go again.

I’ve had some mixed experiences at various TRHs, tonight’s experience at this location was wonderful. The steaks were perfect, and I mean PERFECT to the temperature requested. Food was a solid 10/10. But more importantly, the service was amazing. Our server was Chris. Very polite, enthusiastic, such a positive vibe. He was very prompt with service of the rolls, refilled drinks when needed without us having to ask. Came to check on us many times, very very attentive without being overbearing. Absolutely amazing service Mr. Chris. 20/10. Would highly recommend this location!

Colleagues and I attempted to have lunch at this establishment just before noon. Upon arriving, the hostess stated that it would be a 15-20 minute wait. I view the dining area and there are numerous areas and tables open. We decided not to wait.

This is absolutely unacceptable and poor service. People in the area leave work to have lunch, shouldn’t this place of business be aware of that? Shouldn’t this place of business staff accordingly to ensure good service? Does it need to be a reminder that you are serving CUSTOMERS!
