Joseph M went above and beyond in tackling a difficult double sink drain clog where access to and age of the drain connector made insertion of the snake difficult. He didn’t give up and contacted a colleague to bring a different snake which worked. He persisted and ultimately avoided a much more complicated and costly solution to simply clear out a clogged drain. This is how you keep customers coming back. Thank you!
