Das Hotel war für 97Euro für 3 Personen mit Frühstück TOP das Hotel ist richtig modern und die Zimmer sind mit einer Küche ausgestattet.? USB gibt es im Zimmer ca 12x ? Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück: sehr viel Auswahl und es wird immer aufgefüllt ? Kaffee gibt es den ganzen Tag umsonst ?

I had an excellent stay here this week. The staff were exceptionally courteous and accommodated my request to be transferred to a high-floor room, offering a stunning view of the sunset. I would also like to highlight that the layout and mapping of the property's walking paths are exceptionally well-designed and structured. It is certainly worth exploring for anyone seeking a leisurely stroll.

My family stays at residence inns fairly often because the suites are great for kids. This location in Burlington is very convenient and we’ve stayed here more than once. Overall, it has been a disappointing hotel. The biggest issue is that, despite being relatively new construction, it’s like staying in an old house. You WILL hear every step, chair, dropped item in the room above you. If you’re trying to sleep and someone checks in late above you, prepare to be kept awake from the suitcases banging around and drawer/door slamming. Most people staying in hotels aren’t very considerate of the people below them because you usually don’t need to be… hotels generally are built with solid enough floors that sound doesn’t carry. Not here. I’ve stayed in many many hotels and the noise here is only rivaled by a hotel I stayed at in LA that was a converted 100 year old dormitory. I don’t understand how Marriott could deliberately build a hotel in the last 20 years with the same quality as a residential house. It’s wild.

Beyond the noise, there’s little things that stand out as either poor quality or just confusing:
- doors that don’t actually latch. Bedroom doors that can be pushed open when locked.
- a 2 bedroom suite that sleeps 8+ people with a single coat hook by the door.
- kitchen chairs without any pads in the bottom, making them insanely noisy to move around at all.
- very spacious rooms with very little storage. No dressers, just drawers in the night stands.
- not many electrical outlets. The outlets on the desks/nightstands intended for you have lamps plugged into them, so you don’t have as many as you should.

A few positive notes:
- pool / hot tub is great
- fridge does fit a full pizza box!
- TV HDMI ports are usable for laptop/game consoles with no shenanigans, input selector on the remote actually works.

The hotel property is brand new and hence feel fresh all the time anywhere you are. Rooms are descent and clean. The house keeping does an excellent job. Studio apartment is a best option if one wants to do basic cooking along with seating and tv area. The wash room is spacious and lot of room in shower area. The staff is friendly and courteous which helps. Lot of seating area on the ground floor at the reception floor where one can have some work that can be done or work on a laptop while waiting for meeting. Laundry and swimming area are well kept. The only disappointment is that in 9 days of my stay there was absolute zero change in the breakfast menu. Being vegetarian more difficulty. They could change cut fruit options. Same breads, waffle, hard eggs. It gets boring after 2 days for that matter. If you come late evening you will see rabbits ? around the parking area which is fun.

This hotel has a lot going for it in terms of location. It's conveniently close to restaurants, a mall, the city, and even nature spots—making it a great base for exploring.

However, there were a few disappointments during our stay. They never informed us that room cleaning was only available on request, which was quite frustrating. While the lobby and common areas were clean and well-maintained, the same can't be said for the room, which could have been better.

On the bright side, the breakfast was great with plenty of options, though it would have been nice to see more vegetarian choices.

Overall, it's a nice hotel with a lot of potential, but a few simple improvements would make the stay much better.

My main issued with this hotel is the criminal price gouging they do to companies that are booking there. I was recently charged $700 per night for a Monday and Tuesday night. This hotel receives funding from the state of MA for low income housing to help support there alleged sell outs. The hotel was not even close to sold out when I stayed there. This is straight up price gouging and every business in the area should be aware they will not tell you the price and then when check out it's sticker shock.
