Horrible Service! I used the service for one month and then Internet went down and a repair date was given three days out after escalating the issue. Until the day of repair, I kept getting text to acknowledge service and that I need to stay at home for the service or else it will be cancelled. I kept acknowledging and then I got a message on the day of service that the technician is in my area and performing repair. The message said that I do not need to stay at home for the repair. Nothing happened, internet was not fixed, and I was given a new date that was two weeks later from the date my internet went down. They lack empathy. Messages are automated and read from screen and no real help from the customer service. In today's age they want the customer to be without the internet for two weeks. I got a new service the next day from another Internet company.

In previous emails I have already communicated several times that I never received the equipment sent by UPS and you are making light of it. They charged me 50 dollars for a service that was never provided and now they are charging me 150 dollars for equipment that I never received I want my Money Back! ! Quantum are acting in bad faith, charging me amounts for a service and devices that never received !

Using contractors for maintenance causes getting parts that were removed from other customers that had problems. I am a new customer that has parts changed three times and still have a defective part and am unable to use my computer. When calling service they want $199.

The customer service for this outfit is atrocious!
My family was given a deadline to install and update our own equipment. Upon arrival of the new equipment,we were not furnished with all of the equipment necessary.
My wife called and waited on hold for over an hour and then was hung up on. Then I called and waited on hold for over 2 hours.
Troubleshooted it for about an hour and was told that my equipment would work even though the instructions that came with the new equipment said not to integrate it with old equipment and it would not work.
Long story long, the new and old equipment mixed together would not work and then I was hung up on again.
Our family was actually very happy with quantum fiber. But the lack of professionalism from phone resources. Was unpleasant.

Waited 3 weeks for installer and ended up going with Cox. A QF tech showed up but couldn't install as there was no fiber connected to the house we just moved into. Another team would contact us within 3 days to instal the fiber outside the house. After a week of nothing we had spoken to 3-4 ppl at their helpdesk and none had an answer till the last person let us know they had a shortage on installing materials. After 2 weeks we received an email with a phone number to give authorization for the installment outside the house. It goes straight to voicemail and they don't return calls. Absolute waste of time and energy.
Cox was installed within 24 hours.

They come in and low ball Cox to get us to change, then within a year THEY raise the monthly cost by $10. Then THEY decide to "upgrade" the equipment (I can't notice a difference), to which THEY want the customer to do the install. Then the customer has to run an errand to return THEIR "old" equipment. Just give me some stable, reliable service....stop jacking with me and giving me chores to do at an additional cost.

If I could give these guys zero stars I would. We were sold on the great price not knowing all the issues that would follow. Outage after outage and every single time I had an appointment for a technician, they never came, and I received an email stating my service was fixed. They offered me $5 for 2 weeks of outage. When I complained that nobody came to do work, they kept stating that they couldn't send a technician same day. People have to work, making it harder to schedule for a technician, and I called off to be home for the workers that never showed up. We canceled the day after our bill was paid, and they said we would get a refund for not using the service. They "secretly" denied our refund in which I had to call to find out. Then they resubmitted another request for a refund. I'm sure it'll be denied again. I hated this experience. I would rather pay triple with another company than to use quantum again. I'm not going to stop fighting for my money I don't care if it's only $65. Dirt bags.... You reap what you sow

Honestly, I don't think I've ever been so furious at a company that I felt the need to write a review.
First of all, I have had no issues with the actual service, it has been great. HOWEVER, the customer service is disgraceful! They sent me a new "upgraded" device and the install was supposed to be quick and easy. I have now been without internet for a day and am currently on hold on my 13th attempt to talk to someone. I have been hung up on 4 times so far. As I type this, i have been on hold for someone for an hour, as well as "connecting to an agent, this may take a few moments" for the same amount of time in the app.
It is next to impossible to get a hold of someone to help. We also had similar issues with the initial install. I JUST NEED HELP, PEOPLE!!!! UGH!
