Room was adequate, the beds and bathroom was clean and stocked. The mini fridge actually worked. They had updated outlet plugs. Both for USB and for plug in outlets. The staff when checking in and out were both pleasant and friendly. For the single night that I stayed, it was not a bad visit.

We checked in to this hotel after a horrid experience attempting to check into the Hampton Inn in Canon City and being unsuccessful due to that hotel not having any staff. The front desk was more than accommodating and quickly got us in to the last room available. They were friendly and the room was better than I expected considering this is an older hotel. The rooms are spacious and well kept. The linens are all clean and the breakfast was good. I didn’t realize it but John Wayne has actually stayed at this place! If you’re headed to Canon city I highly recommend staying at the Quality Inn rather than one of the bigger chains! You will not be disappointed.

Amazing Stay - Highly Recommend!

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel on October 21st, 2024, and I couldn't be more impressed. The overall experience was fantastic, from the warm welcome to the excellent service throughout my stay.

A special mention goes to Jayesh and Trupti, who made our stay even more enjoyable. They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality truly stood out and made us feel at home.

The hotel itself was very well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The amenities were great, and the location was ideal for easy access to nearby attractions.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a comfortable stay. Looking forward to returning!

I’ve been staying at this hotel for years when I come in. This last trip will be my last time! Negative stars is what I give. I had to move rooms twice because the sliding glass door wouldn’t close in the first room and it was cold at night and obviously unsafe. The 2nd room had fleas or some kind of BUGS in the bed. Both rooms smelled AWFUL! They are not cleaned well at all. I’d like to also add that I had to rush out of my room with the bugs and left an expensive pair of Sony headphones there. I inquired the next morning and they claimed they found nothing. No integrity from “someone” who works there! After all this, there was barely an apology let alone an offer to reduce my cost of the horrible stay! DON’T do it.. pay the extra money and stay somewhere else!

Amazing place! They saved us because my airbnb host threw me out for no reason and i needed a place to stay. Highly recommend this place. Amazing staff! Good breakfast! With a swimming pool!

Positive: Bar was decent and especially the lady at the counter was very friendly and awesome. Negative: 1) Rooms were not clean 2) AC just keeps blowing air but not cold 3) The breakfast was never topped up until you make requests several times

I stayed for 8 days and on their mirror in their bathroom it says they don't have house keepers unless upon request and out of the 8 days I had a male house keeper open my hotel door twice without knocking or announcing who was opening the door and when we talked to the male house keeper he asked if we needed a room phone I talked to the front desk employees both days it happened and they didn’t really seem that concerned.
