They have a sign pardon our dust. The room floor was filthy, the hair in the toilet was stuck my socks from the room floor. No fire alarm in the room. I worked as maintenance in hotels in Vegas that was illegal to rent a room without a fire alarm or a phone. If I could give less than 1 star I would of the other pictures I posted was the door frame in the bathroom. This place needs a complete renovation.

Positive: The room was very nice and although they were under renovation the stay was wonderful. It was right across the street from the church I was going to for Thanksgiving Eve service and next door to Denny's. Negative: Not that was under their control.

I made a reservation for two nights and had to leave without enjoying the second night because of the poor appearance of the hotel in general. Everything is very dirty and in the bathroom, the shower faucet kept pouring water. The floor of the room hit you on it. The windows were dirty. I do not recommend it to anyone.

Hice una reserva para dos noches y tuve que irme sin disfrutar de la segunda noche por el mal aspecto del hotel en general. Está todo muy sucio y en el baño, el grifo de la ducha no paraba de chorrear agua. El suelo de la habitación te pegaba con él. Las ventanas estaban sucias. No se lo recomiendo a nadie.

Prepaid 4 days, with pet deposit. Receptionist guy was a bit rude. Called me to the from the desk on the THIRD day, to tell me i need to pay a pet deposit... that i already paid. Did not believe me until he looked it up, then didnt apologize. Shower had black mold in the corners, no water pressure to speak of, ac rattled and shuts off constantly, microwave was not fully operational. Breakfast is a joke, toast, coffee, cereal, banana, and juice. Funky smell everywhere. Will not be a return customer.

The room is decent. Nothing spectacular.. But nice... Service has been good thus far...I like the location due to food eateries being really close by

This hotel smells. I don’t know from what, but a very noticeable smell. The so called breakfast is about the worst I’ve ever had. We came down at 7:45 & everything was out. The attendant took her time refilling everything, so we finally just walked to Denny’s next door.

Positive: Nothing Negative: YES, my room smelled musky/moldy, clearly has major water damage.? the phone in my room wasn?t operational my entire stay and 3 of the 4 lamps in my room had blown bulbs.

While I don’t have many details to share because I didn’t actually stay after checking in due to the smell of musty mildew and the growth coming out of the ac
My son had severe asthma and immediately couldn’t breathe I didn’t even unpack my car to bring stuff in because the smell of the lobby had me worried
I immediately went to the office staff who said I would get a refund due to medical issues but she was not management so she had to get an approval
Well it’s 5 days later and I’ve been informed I’m not getting my refund I ended up staying at another local hotel which was immaculate and a pleasurable guest experience
This hotel needs to be condemned not to mention when my son asked to use the bathroom they told him not to forget to lock the door because the homeless people ? this place is awful and everyone should be aware staying here the vibes are strong on fear and gross that even my 2 year old was shaking saying he didn’t want to stay he wanted to go home
We travel with sports frequently and have NEVER had the experience we had at this hotel. I am frustrated disappointed and upset that such fraud is allowed to happen when we clearly didn’t even stay on the premises longer than we had to. This place is awful save yourself the headache doctor bill and trouble and don’t book here
