Positive: it was very clean & the pillows were very fluffy and nice Negative: they took a $100. deposit on my debit card for a stay that was $100./ night prepaid though your service. They told me it would take 3-5 days to have rthe deposit refunded after check out. That is ridiculous. They could Zelle it same day.

First time in California and upon arrival the scenery took my breath away! Front desk staff were already ready for us on arrival. Our room faced our truck for safety and security . Room was cleaned. 2 beds, tv fridge, microwave, nice personal mirror and spacious bathroom. Might I add the pool area ? definitely beautiful and much needed for someone not use to this weather

The quality inn is Super clean, the beds are comfortable with super soft sheets. The carpet was recently cleaned so i was able to walk around barefooted. The shower pressure was great as i have long hair and had no problems washin it. This hotel is extremely affordable

The hotel looked nice from the outside, the pool was nice however inside the room the floors were dirty, my kids feet were black from the filth on it, there was a cigerette burn on our bedsheet and the room was non smoking...strange also the first floor does not have an ice machine, while the 2nd and 3rd floor did, come on yall take care of the first floor! The pool was nice however the kids loved it. Breakfast was sub par, jimmy dean microwave sausages gross....for the size and how good they made the hotel look from the outside they should focus more on the little things, and cleanliness. (Really just the floors and the bedsheet was the problem) regardless I would give them another chance if they fix these things

These clowns stole my $100 deposit. I showed up, checked in, paid the fee, and made a separate transaction for the deposit. I called a week later to ask about the deposit. The lady said it takes up to 10 days to get it back. I called 10 days later and snot nosed little girl who claimed to be the highest person on the totem pole as far as employees are concerned said that there was no history of my deposit in their system and they can't do anything for me. The money was taken from my account and they can't do anything. This place is lame and they're stealing people's money.

If you can book with another hotel I recommend that you do. Overpriced for the accommodation and poor service you will receive. They have pins at the front to encourage quick reviews.

My experience was unpleasant, As the customer in front was checking in the front desk agent was extremely attentive, referencing the amenities and the hours. Unfortunately when I checked in, no conversation just spoke to me when asking for my card. When I arrived to my room it recked of cigarette smoke, I called and was placed on hold and had to go back to the lobby to inquire about next steps for a room change. I made the grave mistake of leaving my headphones behind which I was at fault for, however I did call to ask if they could hold it and I would pick up at which point I got the run around about it might being in two different back rooms, than that the women working that day was off and I would have to wait until they return, an inconvenience as it is an airport hotel and I would be departing soon. As a person who has worked in hotel industry as a front desk agent, proper customer service was not displayed.

I don’t even know where to start. I know this hotel isn’t a 4 star, bougie place to stay, but given the price and reviews I thought it would be decent. Boy was I wrong. Upon check in, the hotel offers pins (like you get at Disneyland) for reviews. The hotel lets you write a review before even stepping foot into your room…Which explains all the good reviews.The first room we were assigned to reeked of cigarettes. We were given a different room after informing staff. The room we originally booked was a suite, but due to there being no more suites available for the night, we were given a standard room with the reassurance of a discount. The discount was $15……. The rooms just felt disgusting. We decided to stick it out because we were only staying one night.Numerous issues with this hotel. Ice was only available on the 3rd floor. The TV barely worked. Hair left on the floor. I could go on and on about this nasty place. The main thing I have to say is BED BUGS. Two nights later, after staying only 1 night in this hotel, my boyfriend and I had tons of bites. I’ve never felt so disgusted in my life. DO NOT STAY HERE

The rooms are very clean, and upgraded, the ac works very well, the breakfast is still grab n go, but you can still make your own Belgian waffles. My company always puts us in this hotel when our trucks go in the shop. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I love staying here.
