Yes, the ceilings are patched and the wallpaper is peeling and the curtains are worn.

At the same time, we don't stay in a hotel to worry about wallpaper. We're a family on a budget, and we're glad for hotels that don't charge $150 a night just for perfect wallpaper. We generally don't use hotels just to lay in a room.

Here, we had a comfortable bed, a hot shower with great water pressure, a clean room, what appeared to be a brand new (and non-drafty) window, a new AC/Heating unit, and to be checked in by Morgan, who was uplifting and enthusiastic at a level unmatched by even the highest price hotels

One full star deduction for having Fox News BLASTING in the breakfast area at a level where people in the next time zone were likely holding their ears. Why any hotel catering to a range of travelers would choose the most divisive channel to place in a lobby is beyond us. My children do not need to be exposed to hate and conspiracy theories as we try to take care of a basic function like eating. You might as well put the Playboy Channel on for the same negative effect. Hint: pick ANY other channel. And put it on CLOSED CAPTION so that those who want to eat in peace and not walk away with a headache can do so.

Last night we made the mistake of booking at a hotel right next door (don't go there it was awful). When I left that nightmare, I met Morgan at this hotel. She's an absolute gem. She saved our night and gave me a safe and comfortable room for my son, my dog and I. The staff is accessible and friendly. Room was very clean.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, but it becomes like an afterhours club for the inconsiderate type of people that want to continue the drunken loud party. Prepare for bags under your eyes. The hotel was not full and yet here we are with paper thin walls that you can easily hear the obnoxious guests laughing, yelling, stomping and all their bathroom noises that bursts throughout the night. If you know the walls are thin, how about spacing the customers out? 1 am, 4 am and 5:30 und then I finally checked out at 6:30. Sleep is a joke here.

This hotel has given me a home away from home. The manager Morgan always greets me with a smile. Sam the front desk agent goes out of her way to make sure I have the room I like each week. The housekeeper Lori makes sure my room is always clean and neat. & Vicki does a great job in laundry. I have not a single complaint about this property. I look forward to staying each week.
