I've been using PureVoltage to collocate a server for almost a year with zero issues. Smooth service with fast responsive customer support. Recommended if you're looking for a good low-hassle hosting solution.

I usually try to stick with smaller companies, and support local if I can. But in this case, Pure Voltage just isn't there when it comes to renting server space. Not if you actually need to use your server, at least. I found them to have poor reliability, VERY slow internet speeds; compared to what they advertise. And when I needed assistance with Reinstalls or Hardware upgrades, the IT support came off as Bothered and Annoyed by it. Perhaps they should configure a control panel - So users can perform some of their own troubleshooting. Hmmm just an Idea. These guys are the outdated Boomers of server Renting.

I requested to cancel, they replied only to state they have a 14 day cancelation requirement in the Service Agreement. -- Sure.. Whatever. I replied back saying to go ahead and Pro rate/Charge me for it, and Cancel my service. I never hear back, I am finally charged for another full month, and I again email them asking for the cancellation.

Then I get some Jean Noel Dunpunt catching an attitude and threatening me with immediate referral to a Credit Agency, + Lawyer fees. Wowza. I like your fight, Dunpunt.

TLDR; I paid them off and will NEVER look back, or recommend this company again.

Been using their dedicated servers for almost a year now and the network speed, quality and uptime couldn't get any better. Peering is amazing. Cannot fault them.

Absolutely scammy business. Don't pick up the phone, live chat is n/a, no one answers emails or support tickets. Also no way to remove services or close your account on your own. Emailed to close my account and no response, they've basically ghosted me and still have my credit card information. Do NOT sign up for this service.

Edit: At this time someone has reached out to resolve my server access issue and provided a partial refund after I decided to permanently close my account. I stand by my concerns above since good customer service, timely communication, and a healthy degree of control over one's services and personal information are absolutely necessary for any service provider to offer.

Overall, purevoltage is by far the worst server hosting provider I've ever used. DO NOT do business with these crooks.

PureVoltage is PureGarbage. I would look at literally any other hosting provider.

Relaxing Sounds

Website is very buggy. Support closes your tickets when you need help, won't answer any questions about security of their services even when you want to co-locate with them. They operate like they don't want to make money, stay away. I wouldn't trust them with my pet snail let alone my server or data.
