I call myself ordering Pizza Hut. I’ve always ordered from this location but since Covid, it had fallen off. I took a break from ordering from them for a while, but tonight I decided to give them another shot. Ordered the personal pan deal with the boneless wings and added breadsticks. The wings and breadsticks were decent, although the breadsticks had so much Parmesan on top that it was chalky looking. Utterly disgusted with them and all these fast food places. $21 wasted. Smdh. Never again, & I see why I haven’t been ordering them for a long time smh. The dough wasn’t throughly baked, toppings were falling off as I picked up a slice. Never again will be ordering. An $8.99 credit on a next order isn’t worth my time.

I ordered a thin crust with extra sauce. I could tell right away that the pizza was very light. Half the pizza had absolutely no sauce at all, and little cheese. The other half had spots of sauce only. I threw out a lot of it. I called, and they said they would give me a credit, so I appreciate that if it happens.
Update: they didn't put in the credit. I got another pepperoni with extra sauce. It was as dry as the cardboard box and much lighter.

Ordered through the app. Found out the delivery was going to be made by Doordash. They were late. When the pizza arrived, it was cold. The order was incorrect. Ordered a Pan Pizza, received a hand-tossed pizza. Tried calling the store, kept getting disconnected after a few dozen rings. Finally contacted someone, asked to speak with the manager, was put on hold for 22 minutes before I hung up and called back. Eventually spoke to a manager (DAVE) who apologized and offered to credit my account back. Still have not seen the credit on my account.

This pizzas I got tonight are absolutely delicious!! Ordered a big dinner box with three pizzas. My toddler ate two whole pieces by herself, and demanded part of another. She only demands seconds if it's really yummy.

The man who made and delivered it deserves a raise. Very polite, and makes awesome pizzas. I'd asked for extra sauce, and he told me he made it himself, then delivered it with a broken toe!

I did not realize I ordered so close to closing time. I work in a restaurant myself, I apologize for that. I thought you were open later.

delivery man is weird and needs to be fired i ordered a pizza on Wednesday December 18 around 2pm for my little sister with my parents money and when i get back to my house from picking up my sister i see a tall, older skinny black man walking around the perimeter of my house trying to look into every window. i walk up looking at him dirty bc what are you doing… ?he says “is nobody there” well obviously im here now.. he gives me the pen to sign and he doesn’t get a tip for being a weirdo then proceeds to say “no tip” all irritated. i said no it’s my parents card.. he snatches the receipt and lets out a mad sigh and walks off with his sorry ssa. weird n broke pick a struggle. only gave a second star because my sister enjoyed her pizza.

The store manager turned down a 12 pizza order because he couldn’t run his store properly. Horrible management. Save yourself some time and money and go across the street to dominos. Much better atmosphere

Curbside pick up at round 1130am on a Friday. I expected to wait at least 5 minutes for the order but came out in 1. The regular Cajun season wings were crispy and delicious. Not too salty either. The pan pizza was a disappointment. Not brown enough and doughy. I’ll try and remedy this by drizzling a little canola In a skillet and get my desired crust. Don’t feel like driving and sending it back.

BEWARE: this place has the most disgusting employees. Lady w no arm walking in n out like she is on one. Not to sure what her roll is there. A man that walks in n out w her too. Who knows if they went to smoke or what but I walk in with the same man with NO HAND WASHING- NO GLOVES. Man went straight to work.
Guy with breads or twist - whatever - with a TOOTHPICK FLOSSER IN HIS MOUTH. Feel sorry for me and whoever went to go pick up on 11/26 at 6:15 pm.
