For example I never saw a chameleon in my whole life, but the experience were really cute. You can find stuff for your pets and also you can find some good medicine.

The store is well stocked. But ,has you have seen. They have no business taking in small animals. Got ,a small gerbil there myself because of the environment it was living in.THE BIRD IN THERE HAD NO WATER. Please stop taking in animals you can't take care of to make a few bucks.

Pésimo servicio dejamos nuestro Goldendoodle para un corte y en la revisión todo estuvo normal es decir no tenía problemas con su pelo, cuando lo entregan oh sorpresa!! Totalmente pelado y también con cortes en sus bigotes de manera poco profesional, la persona que lo hizo fue Ashley P, no volveremos, no lo recomendaremos y sugiero que antes de dejar su mascota lo piensen y vean otras opciones más profesionales!! I have tried on several occasions to use their groomers. I understand the need for rabies vaccine, however they NEVER specified the shampoo must be in the original bottle. They should send a list of their requirements. Second time and always they waste my time. NEVER AGAIN!

Most of the fish in this store are dead. There was even a dead turtle in one of the tanks. None of the employees were even looking at this. This has to be some sort of form of animal abuse!! This store needs better supervision or anything at this point.

PetSmart customer service is helpful they always seems to go above and beyond. Whether I have questions or need help, they are there for me with speedy answers and assistance.

At this time, I do easy online ordering and pick up at the store. Sometimes I choose curbside pickup. Which is when a PetSmart employee brings what you order to the trunk of your car once you have it open and call them on the phone for curbside pickup. It's a great option for those who would like to avoid contact with people to prevent the spread of the Corna.

Inside the store it is well organized, immaculate, and heavily stocked with various foods and supplies for variety of pets.

I'd highly recommend this place to any pet owner as I truly am grateful for PetSmart my husky, rottweiler and pit bull they are the happiest with the toys and food I buy here which makes me happy too.

Don’t know what’s wrong with that girl at the grooming center today but wow does she have a nasty attitude. Showing up twenty minutes early to an appointment should not get you that upset ! Basically sent me away with my dog and told me you can either do this or that . Wow ! Learn how to treat your customer’s lady .. I always shop there for all my pet needs and groom both my dogs there, well Not anymore ! I live in the area, work in the area , actually have family that work in the same plaza lady! Don’t lose your human touch on treating people with kindness, respect and compassion. Do better ! You need training! I left and won’t come back. I’ll go elsewhere. Funny I canceled this appointment and made another one at Pet-smart Kissimmee a story took me in an hour earlier . Guess I’ll try that place for a while
