We really want to say a big "Thank You" to Outreach! We are really impressed with the variety of the designs, and the quality of the products when delivered! When using a new service, its always a gamble what quality the products will be. The care a professional approach you take to identifying the needs of the faith community, is only bested by the quality of the products received! Even the size and brightness of the colors were exactly as advertised! I also appreciate that my order was split into several smaller orders so that I would receive some items as soon as possible - all at no extra cost! I wanted to place an order but didn’t have account information. Marybeth looked into her computer and saw an order was placed in 2021 and was able to duplicate that order. We needed it sooner than the expected arrival date and she was able to get the merchandise to us in the most expeditious fashion. Her beautiful demeanor and attitude is hard to find in a client service reps these days.

Outreach was great with which to work. We have done a rebranding of our church and they were very helpful in creating items that included our new logo. We discovered an error along the way, but because of their thorough review and confirmation process we were able to make the correction and complete the process. The quality and selection of banners is great, very beautiful. We might use Outreach for banners more if we were also (in addition to English) able to easily use a traditional Chinese character font for the wording.

I literally love Outreach! I loved connecting with my agent, Rebecca Lawton! Just first class all the way! She was aware that I was in the hospital with my wife and she prayed for us and still delivered on a great product! Felt like church family and not just a business. Rebecca really went above and beyond, not only offering great service but showing real care and empathy during a challenging time.
