Wir waren eine Nacht hier und hatten ein riesiges Zimmer, Villa genannt. Das Hotel und die Einrichtung sind nicht mehr ganz neu, aber mit Küche, zwei Bädern und zwei Zimmern sowie Kamin super ausgestattet.

The hotel is divine. The rooms were clean, well-stocked, comfortable, and pleasant to the eyes.

The staff is helpful and each and everyone of them went above and beyond. In fact, they were extremely helpful from before I arrived until I left.

The highlight of my stay were the amenities on site: free shuttle bus to the village, fireplace with enough wood for a month, playground and activities for the children, and a spa with sauna, steam room, pools and whirlpool spa.

The location is close to everything and I can't wait to return and enjoy Vail again.

This is the 3rd year in a row that my mom and I have stayed at Marriott Streamside Birch. It feels like coming home! Updated appliances, updated bathroom, and a spacious living area. We have never had problem with noise of any kind. The shuttle to Vail & Lionshead is a wonderful amenity, it’s such a blessing! There’s a washer and dryer in Birch for free laundry, which is perfect for a week away from home. There’s not AC in the building, but with doors and windows open the breeze is lovely, and they provide a box fan in the bedroom for sleeping. This has been a great third visit to Birch & we’ll definitely be back!

Check-in was quick. I requested a top floor room a few weeks before arrival. I was surprised when they gave me a middle floor room without acknowledging the request couldn’t be filled.

The resort itself was nice, but nothing over the top. Nice gym, pool, etc. I really liked that there was a walking path near the hotel that followed a stream. They had a shuttle service to take you to the village.

The room was nice. There were a few issues that shouldn’t have been there, but they fixed one of them quickly. The dishwasher was not connected and slid right out from under the counter. The bathroom fan was noisy. There was an outlet missing half the plate. None of those were deal breakers. There is no AC so at night sleeping with the window’s open is a must to keep the room cool.

Overall, not a bad place to stay in Vail. I will definitely try them again.

Recent room renovation was not quite complete. The smaller bathroom was missing towel racks and needed a shower door installed. This had no major effect on our stay or our enjoyment of the property. However, the pool and hot tub were out of commission due to 'needed urgent repairs.' We were told 'it should be opened by tomorrow ' every day. It never opened during our stay. This was disappointing.
Overall, we were very pleased with the location, parking, and unit amenities and would stay here again. ?

Our stay at the Marriott stream side Douglas building was great. We arrived prior to check-in and were surprised to be offered an early check-in that we weren’t able to utilize as we were skiing 🙂 each employee we interacted with at the hotel was kind and accommodating. The outdoor hot tub was kept at a very hot temperature and had strong jets which is always a plus. They had 3 fans available in the room which seem handy for the summer months, one of which was a large Dyson portable fan. We took advantage free bagel bar Sunday morning. Thanks for a great stay.

Checked-in at 11 am, they said check out was at 10:00 am so they need some time to clean the room but that my room was priority because of my early check-in. I came back to the hotel at 1 pm and the front desk staff said my room won’t be ready until 2:30 pm. Worst service I’ve had in the Valley and I’ve been coming up here for work trips every other week since March

I think I chose to visit at a good time since the apartment didn’t have air conditioning. I had no discomfort in September and enjoyed my multi night stay. There was a Murphy bed which was pretty cool and comfortable, actually. I used the free laundry facilities downstairs. Enjoyed baking brownies and cooking breakfast. Had most utensils I needed, and the market was nearby. I would definitely stay again.
