You say you price match items from Amazon, if not from a 3rd party seller. But spoke with Randy the assistant manager of the Davenport location, that doesn't seem to be the case. Found a item on Amazon shipped by Amazon, and sold by Amazon, and for some reason they won't price match. If it's shipped and sold through Amazon how are they a 3rd party? Might be a good ideal to clear this up in the Future. Your policy seems very foggy to me. But so be it. You've lost me as a customer. And no I don't need to follow up with anyone else on the matter.

Ordered a ceiling fan online and after being jacked around on the delivery date being changed multiple times, I finally got the WRONG ceiling fan. I called Lowe’s customer service to inform them they sent me the wrong fan. They were so kind to tell me to drive to my nearest Lowe’s(1 hour away) to return it and reorder. How thoughtful. We’ll see if I reorder.

Arrived at the store at 9 pm, close at 10. Don't bother getting help in appliances. Said hello to the lady IN APPLIANCES, and she just wondered off and couldn't bother helping me find a dishwasher. Other workers just flew right past me with pallet jacks, putting product away. Guy at the front counter just played on his phone and didn't even bother to ask me if I needed help. Menards, here I come, where their workers go above and beyond with their customer service!

Went into Lowe's to price appliance packages and Tim helped us. He was very patient and showed us many different styles and name brands. We ended up leaving there spending even less than we expected. We did not shop around because we were very satisfied with our choice. Tim was very helpful. Answered all of our questions and was very patient. When I said I wanted a convention oven in a larger size than the pkg deal and a convention microwave he just added that to the package we picked out. We were also able to upgrade to a gas stove. All this for less than $3000.00!! Gotta love holiday sales!!!

The fact that I'm writing this is insane, I never leave negative reviews, but if I could, no stars, I called to get an invoice on a $4000 lawn mower, told them I would pick it up that day, no one could could give me the proper serial number. Then I show up, trailer and all, (I live an hour away) only to pay for it, then be told it hasn't been built. I'm then told I'll be informed day after when it is completed, I then had to call to confirm myself it was complete myself.
I show up later today to pick it up, get the run around, told to go to the side gate, then I'm told I need to talk to customer service instead. When I do, NO ONE CAN FIND IT! Have to then "go look for it." Finally they find it, then they cant fine someone who knows how to ride a zero turn! When I asked to just move it myself they told me I couldn't! What is going on in this place! Absolute joke, never Spending another dime here.

Where to start?

Well, first and foremost, if I could rate 0 stars, I would. I came in for a couple things, to warranty a Craftsman toolbox, 2 12 ft 6x6 posts, concrete, post hole jabbers, and a dirt tamper.

Started off with trying to warranty my box, got a whole run around and attitude from Customer Service, only to finally be told that I could not swap my box out because they "didn't have it anymore." You're right, you didn't have THAT part number, but you had the box... YOU CHANGED THE PART NUMBER!!! Craftsman is only a 10 year warranty now and if you buy one, be prepared for them to change the part number on you.

Found the 6x6's, they were a pain to get to. I made eye contact with an employee while I was trying to load this 12 ft piece of treated wood and he spun around on his heels and walked away from me. Customer service must not exist?

Had to ask where the concrete was, because the aisles are so damn congested and it is not easy to find what you're looking for. 80 pound bags of concrete are above your head, while lighter ones are below it... How the hell does that make sense? Made eye contact with TWO employees while I was struggling to get these bags and they stood there talking to each other, showing each other their phones... Excellent work ethic!

Going back to how congested the aisles are, trying to navigate this store with 12 foot posts is not ideal, almost impossible without hitting something.

Veterans! Lowe's offers a discount for you, but only if you make an account and verify through an entirely different company. Your ID being on your person does not matter! Whether it be on your Driver's License, VA Card, or ACTUAL military ID.

By the time I had even thought about jabbers and a dirt tamper, I was out the door and fuming. I was so damn pissed off that I forgot those specific items while I was in the store.

This was my first real experience with Lowe's and I am not impressed. I will not be shopping with Lowe's again, I will be going to Menards and suggest that anyone reading this does the same.

The floor specialist, Jeff at Lowe's Home Improvement located on Elmore Ave, Davenport, IA was very helpful! He provided me with great customer service and was very polite and knowledgeable. He ensured that every question I had about the flooring material I wanted to purchase was answered. He allowed me to take a sample home to make an informed decision before purchasing!!

D-Lo assisted me when I came back looking for Jeff to finalize my purchase. His shift had ended for the day. However, D-Lo was a complete delight. She went out her way to provide me with outstanding customer service! She was very patient, polite and assisted me with my purchase of 36 cases of high-end LVP flooring. She was extremely knowledgeable of everything I needed to purchase to complete my home project. She knew the items that I requested and needed that were not on hand were ordered. She made sure the items ordered would be delivered in a timely manner. During checkout, she ensured I received my Military discount and MyLowes Rewards. The final step in my purchase was loading all 36 cases into my truck. D-Lo and Chris assisted me with loading and made sure the process went very smoothly. I will definitely use this Lowes location for all my future Lowe's purchases.
