Being honest I was a little weary of the customer support all being handled through discord. However, the customer support team is top notch! And having instant messages with them in discord was super convenient. (Way better than waiting on a ticket through some BS support email system!) Mod Boogaard was a tremendous help, resolving my issue within a matter of minutes.

The servers work mostly fine, however there are some notable big issues compared to other hostings that you should be made aware of as they can potentially be dealbreakers.

- Dashboard lacks an output log. Makes troubleshooting for experienced users really annoying, especially frustrating when the server refuses to start or is stuck in a restart loop. Sometimes you are just forced to contact support.
- Weird payment issues that could result in premature server deletion: cancelling the automatic payments from PayPal will also cancel your subscription on the website (this completely deletes your server at the end of the month), skipping the usual warnings. No emails were ever sent to notify me of this, and no invoice notices were created. Server deletion was also a couple of days off compared to my initial PayPal receipt.
- No recovery options. Most hostings will keep backups for up to 10 or 15 days after the server has been deleted, and/or restore them for a fee: doesn't happen here. If the server was deleted for any reason, your files are lost forever, even if you contact support on the same day.

Support was decently fast but sadly couldn't resolve my issues. I would advise against choosing this hosting service as of right now, but perhaps they will improve it in the future

Rented a Satisfactory server. Purchasing and setup was straight-forward and very easy. I had my current single-player save uploaded and was playing again in just a few minutes. So far I've had zero lag and no issues. 10/10 would recommend.

I can not recommend them enough they are incredibly active and responsive in their customer care which to me is worth its weight in gold today. Please give them a go and if there are problems contact them and explain the issues.

Help me out every time I got a question on my pz server! I look forward to when I can rent a server longer. A month is not long enough and maybe a discount for long term server rentals 😉
Super fast server though I have been playing pz for a long time and when I check ping I have the fastest one around!

So I came upon Indifferent Broccoli in search of replacing a Shockbyte server for Project Zomboid. At first I was skeptical, but the price is unbeatable for what they offer. When I ran into server issues I was able to contact their support team quickly, and they happily resolved the issues. For a lot of the easy server issues they have guides to help resolve them quickly. All in all a fantastic experience and I hope to continue hosting with them in the years to come!

Would not recommend. Server staff made no effort to fix the server problems. Better off goggling how to use the steams built in server.
