Für Geschäftsreisende mit großzügigem Reisebudget gut geeignet. Besser persönlich am Counter auschecken! Nachträgliche Änderungen der Rechnungsanschrift waren angeblich unmöglich.||Frühstück ist für amerikanische Verhältnisse in Ordnung. Schade, dass es nur Pappbecher für die Getränke gibt. Wenig nachhaltig.||Das Zimmer war tatsächlich sehr schön und auch sauber.||Sehr ruhig ist es leider nicht. Das Hotel liegt in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens und auf der vorderen Seite führt eine Straßenbahn vorbei, die an der Kreuzung grundsätzlich klingelt.

Sehr modernes und schönes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sauber und bieten alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt.
Das Frühstück bietet eine gute Auswahl.
Definitiv empfehlenswert.

This hotel is amazing! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to everyone! ||||The location is very close to the ASU Volleyball/Basketball Arena and walking distance to campus and football field. Complimentary breakfast was hot, good, and hearty! Many options to choose from! ||||The room had so much space. Our family of 4 stayed in a 2 bedroom and had ample space that we didn't bump into each other. The beds were soft and the pillows were better than most other hotel rooms.

We made a two-night three-day trip for Business. We had never stayed at this Hyatt but found it comfortable and very clean. My mother cleaned hotel rooms and I have great respect for all hotel staff, especially the cleaning staff. Because of their hard work tired travelers have a clean bed to lay their heads on. I came to learn management had one person cleaning approximately 26 rooms. This is unacceptable treatment of the staff. I did observe only one person tending the breakfast buffet. I watched intently the staff member working as fast as humanly possible to keep the coffee filled and all the breakfast items as well. I can confidently state management is taking advantage of their employees' work ethics where management demands more and more from staff with disregard for their employees. I don't think most who read this care but I hope Hyatt corporate headquarters does the right thing by hiring more staff at a livable salary. I've stayed at other national hotels and always ask staff if they are treated with respect and treated fairly. Most say they are but some say things could be better. I always leave a good tip in my room. Do you? Think of the person who cleans your room and makes your bed the next time you stay at a hotel.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, the room was nice, and the hotel is within walking distance to multiple restaurants. You can even walk about a mile and have your palm read by Mrs. Rita at Mrs. Rita’s Spiritual Awakening Center if you’re feeling like trying something new or if that’s your thing. I will continue staying here at future visits. I will request to not be close to the road though as one side of the hotel is right next to the train and that can make it hard to fall asleep.

The property and all aspects of the hotel were very tidy and clean. All staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful. The next door parking garage is very handy and spacious for getting in and out of. The breakfast was nothing overly fancy but way more options than your typical free breakfast. Plenty to satisfy our breakfast needs!

Our tour paid for us to stay at this hotel that you cannot turn the thermostat passed 68 degrees. It takes forever for the room to cool. Still only 74. I don't know how you can charge somebody several hundred dollars for a room they have no control of. Fire alarm has been going off for the last fifteen minutes periodically. This place is a big 0. I would never stay here again. Do they not realize it's over a hundred and 108 degrees outside.
