Room with King bed was spacious and came equipped with the basics you look for - refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and a safe. Walk in shower with sufficient hot water (though not always instantaneous) and good counter space. One thing to make it nicer would have been an overhead infrared heater.
Desk staff was uniformly pleasant, though probably easier since hotel didn't seem very crowded on the days I was there. Not many using the small gym or the indoor pool.
Complimentary breakfast was standard for this level, with a pancake maker substituting for a waffle maker and some changes to the daily entree for variety.
Location was convenient to a number of restaurants, both national chains and good local spots.

The hotel was wonderful from when we arrived until checkout. The staff was friendly, efficient and clean. Rooms were spacious and the Dove products were awesome! The breakfast was delicious and hot each morning. Wifi was good and there were plenty of channels to choose from. Beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Would definitely stay again next time I'm in my hometown!

The Virginians

We arrived on a Sunday late afternoon, and searched on our electronic devices for an eating establishment which would be open late enough for us and others arriving much later and joining us for dinner. (Living where we do, we're unaccustomed to the earlier restaurant closings.) Our searches came up short. When we consulted Isabella at the front desk, she was quick to offer two great recommendations, and we had good dinners both nights of our stay. Not only that, she was so personable, we ended up chatting with her for almost an hour while waiting for our other associates to arrive in town.

Our room was wonderfully clean, quiet, and everything worked as it should. (Being right next to the elevator and the ice machine, the quiet was a nice surprise!) The hot breakfast was great, with a 4-hour window of service (unusual for many hotels). Kudos and thank you to the staff there, Isabella in particular.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but use to biscuits and gravy at holiday inn express. So husband was a bit disappointed in that. Room clean. Bed was finally not too tall. Walk in shower really helped

Greeted at front desk by knowledgeable and friendly staff member who honored our request to store freeze packs overnight for us. The room was clean and quiet and on the third floor as I requested. Our two night stay was a pleasure and allowed us to relax after a busy and tiring day.

My husband and I were only there basically to relax a couple hours and sleep, but it was a very nice hotel with great friendly staff. The room was clean and much bigger than we thought it would be. Comfortable lounge chair in the room was a great addition. Very comfortable and inviting hotel. We would love to come back when we can stay longer!!

This is a nice place to stay. Housekeeping needs a little work. Our bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. There were dirty towels and the bathtub drain didn't drain properly leaving standing water in the bath during showers. The breakfast was good and the rest of the room was clean.

I have stayed here before. The hotel is close to the office, pretty clean, has a gym and a pool. Free buffet breakfast is prettty standard and is of decent quality. Unfortunately, i had a bad experience due to build up of CO2 in a couple rooms that forced us to evacuate at 3am in the morning for 2 hours. Hotel staff was not Trained how to handle and Hotel mgmt did not apologize or make any accommodation for our inconvenience.
