Horrible!! First time using Flixbus, from SeaTac to Olympia. Wish I'd read reviews before booking. Bus was LATE and completely unmarked, making it difficult to find. The driver had to check us all in manually over the phone with dispatch, wasting even more time. I paid extra for an assigned seat, which is a total scam as there are no assigned seats or anyone trying to police that. (Someone was in "my" seat and I sat elsewhere.) The bus itself was ok, but the ride was incredibly uncomfortable, with the driver constantly alternating hard braking and accelerating to the point where I thought I might get sick. Honestly the worst ride I think I've ever had on public transportation.

O ônibus é confortável, considerando o trajeto de Vancouver para Seatlle. A reclamação foi o motorista do ônibus que não foi agradável. Estava muito quente e ele não ligou o ar condicionado ao sair de Vancouver. Tivemos que solicitar que ligasse. Um absurdo. Além disso, as saídas de USB estavam desligadas e pedimos para ligar, ele informou que estava ligado, no entanto, outro passageiro reclamou e só assim ele ligou. Visivelmente entendiado na execução do seu trabalho.
O motorista do ônibus anterior foi super solícito ao tirar nossas dúvidas, mas embarcamos no horário de 16h30. No dia 08/04/2024.

Took two trips. One from Seattle to Vancouver and the other one back. Both busses ran on time and safely. Our driver, Steve, was absolutely incredible on the way back. Personable and super knowledgeable and instructed us what to do in case of an emergency. Additionally, he allowed us adequate rest stops and brought all of us candy on board. Great service!

Avoid Flix (Amtrak) bus, if possible. They advertise you can get a voucher or cash it in, if you cancel but you must be careful to follow their imbedded rules. They cancelled outgoing trip and said that because I cancelled the return in the app, instead of calling them, I could only get 1/3 of my money back (which I have yet to see) for that leg. Read all the other reviews to get an idea of what you should be prepared for if you need to use this company.

I booked return tickets on Flixbus from Vancouver to Seattle. I attempted to communicate repeatedly with the company regarding my power wheelchair to inquire if their lift could hold the combined weight of my powerchair and ne. Apparently it cannot. I cannot go on this trip. I cancelled my hotel. I cannot use a voucher as I cannot use your busses. I demand a full refund and no one is contacting me. Don’t use this company. They are horrible.

FlexBus from Seattle to Tri-Cities left me stranded in the cold when the bus never showed up. They refused to issue me a new ticket or provide a refund. Terrible service and no accountability!
