Our stay started out with trouble as our key card wouldn’t open the door (this wasn’t out of the ordinary as some other guests around us experienced the same thing, and even after having the front desk “fix” the problem, it happened again). Once we got into the room, it was nice and cool! So that was a big benefit for sure. The AC works very nicely.

The cupboards and drawer were dirty and contained no dishes, pans, soap, etc. We requested those things and a set of things were brought to our room. No forks were included, the plates that were included were only about 4” in diameter, and all of it just didn’t look or feel real clean. Also, no dish soap and no towel were included, so I’m not sure what we do with our dirty dishes. The fridge seems to work perfectly. We also used the microwave and one of the burners on the stove, both did their job.

We also discovered, upon requesting extra towels and pillows that they do not have extras. The towels we had used were picked up and taken to be washed. This morning I was able to go to the front desk and get the clean towels. Additionally, the bed, besides the fitted sheet, only had a sheet and thin blanket as covering. The worst part about the bed, which I didn’t discover until late last night, was a deep indentation about four inches wide and two feet long running from head to foot almost in the middle of the bed. This didn’t result in a good nights rest.

The television, which we haven’t turned on, seems to barely be standing. I’m guessing the connection to the stand it’s sitting on is cracked, broken, not supporting it much. And the outlet it’s plugged in to has no cover.

There is no ice machine in the hotel. I’m guessing that because there are two ice trays in the freezer. But that doesn’t help much if you desire ice now and then discover that there isn’t any and you haven’t filled the ice trays in the freezer.

Overall, I’m not sure I would recommend staying at this hotel. The price is decent, but perhaps the old saying applies, “you get what you pay for”?

We are currently waiting to see about moving rooms (for our second night’s stay), but that isn’t even a possibility until after 10 am because no rooms are currently available.

Wow this place is horrible, don't come here. Our room needed everything. We had no pillows, no covers, no soap, etc. The carpet looks like a crime scene. Every wall needed painted. Smelled horrible. We asked for pillows and covers. Got 2 pillows that were about an inch thick, 1 cover for 2 beds. Breakfast was old and stale. I'll never come again. Would have rather stayed in the car.

Would give zero stars if possible. This was the filthiest hotel I've ever seen. Dingy, dark, stinky. Looked like they don't clean at all. Under the beds are horrifying. The walls are covered with dirt and grime. On their website they state that all cookware and dining ware is provided. That isn't true. IF they have some available they'll let you use it. I requested a refund and didn't stay. Will never be booking this hotel again in the future. 0/10 don't recommend.

Checked in, toilet doesn't flush, shower didn't properly transfer from tub to shower function. Room did not look cleaned. Food crumbs on table. Stains on walls and cabinets. Left and will check on refund shortly. Debbie (I think that was her name) at the front desk was very nice and understanding. I'm sure this happens a lot. Ffa booked up most hotels around. This is only slightly better than sleeping in your car. For 100a night.

We stayed for 6 nights and our room was NEVER cleaned by housekeeping. We asked for towels, linens and a cleaning of our room three or more times and never got fresh linens or a cleaning. We ended up putting our trash and used towels outside the door after three days. They finally delivered 'fresh' towels but didn't even bother to put them in their location but left them in the kitchen on top of our cooler as if they couldn't be bothered to do their job.

We woke up with various bite marks which has us concerned about bed bugs. We investigated our bedding in the room and didnt see any obvious signs but the hotel was not well up kept and smelled filthy. We went to the store and bought candles just to drown out the stentch. Frequently saw roaches in the room.

The hotel breakfast is simply brewed coffee and oatmeal packets. If you must stay here, which was unfortunately the situation we found ourselves in, be sure to bring everything you need to accommodate your own stay as your concerns will likely be ignored.

Somewhat conveniently located about 15 minutes from downtown. Otherwise, I have zero good things to say about this establishment. We were promised a refund for approximately one nights stay and have yet to see or hear from management.

My biggest weakness is always looking for the cheapest hotel instead of maybe spending a few extra dollars for something better and I deeply regret that was the case here.

Once I walked into the dimly lit lobby, I could already tell things were bad. I stood in line to check in behind some guests who were at the front desk complaining that their room didn't have Blankets, hair dryer and other amenities that the hotel claims to provide. The guy came out and said they had no more Blankets because they were being washed and so they walked off in anger.

Right then and there I almost walked out but decided to remain optimistic and check in.

After I check in, I walk down the dark muggy, stained floor hallway to my room.

The first thing I noticed was that there appeared to be some dirt on the bed but after turning on the light and getting a closer look, I am certain it was Marijuana residue as if someone had just rolled a joint on the bed. I really wish I had taken a picture.

Next thing I noticed is that my room had zero towels, hand rags, tissues or even toilet paper or any other item one might expect their hotel to provide. The provided blanket on my bed was essentially a glorified bed sheet.

Lastly, all night doors were opening and closing and people were going up and down the halls. God only knows what is going on at 4am in the morning in these rooms next to me. Meanwhile, whoever was in the room above me, sounded like they were playing tackle football all day and all night, constant jumping and running around which was very loud and the soundproofing is nonexistent.

From the outside, you would never be able to tell that this place is as abhorrent as it is.

I try to avoid leaving bad reviews unless I truly feel it be necessary to help others.

They didn't have enough towels for the whole hotel. The room smelled like dog pee. The people working there were very nice though. If you have no other choice, it's not the worst place to stay. We actually stayed at a worse place the night before we came here.

Please stay with me here...

There was no shuttle service. There are amenities to speak of, no pool or workout center. The room felt worn, water stains in the tub and sink, and the AC/heater cover was just kind of set onto the unit, not really affixed. Oh, and there might have been the smell of reefer in the hallway.

BUT-------- It was exactly what I needed.

My goal was to fly into the Indianapolis airport and find the closest possible hotel for the cheapest rate.
--$65/night base price
--There is a grab & go breakfast provided.
--The staff don't wear uniforms but they obviously enjoy working there. My experience was goodwill toward guests and each other.
--The rooms were well used but clean and tidy - and everything worked! I've been to my share of 1 & 2 star motels. Half the time that rating means the management has stopped caring about much at all. Not the case here. Despite the AC cover threatening to come off the unit, the mechanics worked as advertised, and even had the extra functions, dry air and continuous fan.
--As the hotel's name implies, it's made for people who need somewhere to stay for a week or more. Thus the hotplate stove, kitchen sink, cabinets, and full-sized refrigerator.

But it also worked great for me, since I just needed to do business in town and then have somewhere to crash for the night. I'm not saying I would bring the wife and kids and hang out all day, but it was exactly what it said it was, and frankly that kind of honesty - and experiencing employees who enjoyed being there - is very refreshing. So I highly recommend this hotel if you have similar needs.
