Front desk worker was extremely rude, the toilet did not flush nor did the bathroom sink work in our first room. And we booked a 2 queen bed room due to the accommodations we needed. The second room we were given only had 1 bed. They had no other rma available. At that point we tried to get our money back. They said no because we were there for more than 30 minutes. We were in the first rm for 5 minutes after a 6 hr car drive. As soon as the toilet didn’t work we went right back down. We wasted more time going back and fourth to the desk than anything else. Also every floor smelt like weed & cigarette smoke. Do not bring your children there. Burlington is a disgrace. Ruined our Xmas eve.ALSO FRONT DESK WORKER SAID THE HOTEL IS INFESTED WITH BED BUGS, and MICE ARE IN ALMOST EVERY ROOM. AS SOON AS WE GOT INTO OUR SECOND RM A MOUSE RAN UNDER FRIDGE.

I stayed with a friend of mine as we were in town for a wedding. We were very pleased with the rooms, location, and especially the service. Upon entering we were greeted by Catherine the receptionist who helped us check in. Catherine was friendly, professional and immediately answered all our questions such as good dining options and shopping while in the area. It was so helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and the free coffee tasted great and was a nice added bonus.
I would highly recommend. Thanks for making our stay comfortable. ?

We got a king suit. Decent price. Rooms weren’t the greatest. The shower had hair and black all over the floor and shower curtain. There was a ton of garbage under the bed. You had to pay extra to have a coffee pot or toaster in your room. Don’t bother asking for clean towels on a weekend because the answer is no so we ended up washing our towels to shower again. We also had to go to dollar tree and buy our own laundry detergent, dryer sheets, body wash and shampoo and conditioner because they didn’t have any. The microwave had moldy ice trays inside. The tv is super slow and goes black. My 8yo went to eat a muffin from the “breakfast bar” and it was moldy.customer service was terrible. They were all rude.
The only good thing is that the mall is a 2 minute drive and there was some good eat out places.

For guests who are staying for at least a couple of months, getting room service every 14 days is a bit of a stretch. If you want extra service (once a week), there is an extra charge. They expect you to do everything else like bring your trash to a trash room, exchange linens on their terms, etc. The staff I encountered were all friendly except for maybe one or two. Any staff they hire should expect chance encounters with pets and should not be afraid of them or at least learn to live with a slight distraction.

Saturday of 09/29/2024. I could give this place a -ve if possible. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. So, We had booked a room one week earlier, when we arrived to check in, the female at the register said she wasn’t sure if it was ready. She went to check and took almost 30 minutes, came back and decided not to give us a feedback. When we asked she was rude. Then she said we keep waiting. Mind you it was around 9pm, I have a toddler, and we had spent the whole day moving. At that point, almost at hour had passed we were now confused. Went to asked if we still had a room. She asked”are you ready to check it or not” I asked her why she was being rude and mean and she just gave us attitude. I asked her what her name was and she said she did not have one. We ended up leaving because we feared what would happen if we even took the room. We could not feel safe at a place where the front desk was acting like that. I would not recommend this place to anyone!
Ooh, and they charged us even after we left but my husband contacted his back. They had claimed that we did not cancel but obviously we did and left before even checking in.
