Website went down, connections blocked. Server stats on Exabytes showed server was up. Talked to Support team and they are unable to identify duration of downtime. Expect less uptime than expected. To even begin troubleshooting, you are required to send software download links to your site visitors (each and every one) to download software, run it and feedback the output data to the support team

I am updating my review now as Gaveen, Senior Technical Support Manager (Tech Care) had reached out to me and performed excellent service recovery on the previous appalling tech support I had received. Gaveen apologised sincerely and took responsibility for the previous misleading/false information given by previous Tech support staff, and rendered excellent support in integrating my domain with the other all-in-one platform that my website is hosted on. He also constantly followed up to ensure that my domain is up and running with no issues. I felt he also went beyond the call of duty to promptly resolve any issues I had with DNS propagation, management, integration etc. He also helped me resolve an issue on Google Workspace, which I had purchased through Exabytes.

I greatly appreciate Gaveen's excellent service and he has restored my faith and confidence in continuing with Exabytes. His Tech support service is commendable and was in stark contrast to the Tech support service I had previously received.
