We have always had great service with ETC. anytime the internet has gone down due to weather it is back up quickly. When I need to make a change to plan, a quick text with questions and everything is taken care of right away. We have chosen ETC as our provider over others in our area for the last decade+.

This problem happened on the worst possible weekend, right after Ball Ground, Ga suffered the SE’s worst weather conditions in the last year. A quick power outage (down-up-down-up) fried my modem. ETC offices were closed because of the storm. Phillip, the tech, after doing some investigative work, determined that a tech should come out to exchange my modem, but explained that that could not occur until Saturday morning at the earliest, and depending on the weather, might not happen until Monday.
That, of course, was not acceptable to me, but I understood he could not make things go any faster under the current weather conditions. I suggested that he inquire if I could pick up a modem from the tech(s) working tomorrow, if they didn’t have time to actually come to my address.
All that being said, I appreciate Phillip’s professional attitude and assistance under uncontrollable conditions. He left me believing, I would have a satisfactory solution as soon as ETC was able. I guess you can’t ask for more than that. Thanks. Richard

I love this company. The communication is amazing and so is the price. We had xfinity prior to moving to BG and I wanted something different due to price and customer service. My favorite part is that ETC has a number you can text to get help. They message within seconds, if not immediately and help me fix whatever issue I’m having. You can’t beat the price for the service they offer. I WFH so I’m always online. I’ve never had any issues that were not resolved immediately. I would recommend them to everyone. ETC'S Tech support is awesome! We rarely have had an issue but when we do they are prompt and have solved the problem quickly and effeciently. Thank you Philip! Service is solid and fast now that we have fiber-optic.

Had a family member moving in and needed to add another t v and had difficulty with our password. I went to the website and requested assistance.And within two minutes or less.I received text communication
Comma assistance with my issue and eventually resolution of my issue. It was all very quick and unexpected and greatly greatly appreciated! When you have a new family member ywant living with you, you want to present hey perfect environment. I came home to find I had no internet which means I couldn’t watch TV or anything. A mix up had occurred which is too lengthy to explain but I called the number on the website with my mobile phone and was directed to text with a technician who promptly addressed the situation and had me up and running in about 10 minutes. Fast, polite, productive, and professional was the technician that handled my dilemma. Thank you so much
