As a web developer, I was looking for a new web host for my clients. The previous host I used was bought out by another company, and their hosting became unreliable and their customer support virtually non-existant. So I looked for a new host that obviously had good reviews, 24/7/365 customer support, ColdFusion support, and competitive pricing. I was fortunate to come across EPhost. Their hosting just works. I don't believe there has been a single bit of downtime, or any issue for that matter, since I moved my clients to EPhost. And their customer support is top-notch. They have extensive phone support hours and respond to emails very quickly. They go out of their way to help address questions that arise, even when indications are that the issues aren't related to hosting. Thanks to Joe and everyone at EPhost. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

My agency has been using - and referring clients to - EPHost for probably coming up on 15 years. Downtime is rare, they have a lot of offerings so it's easy to get our clients on the right plan, and they always go out of their way to help us whenever we have an issue (or can't figure something out). Joe Rebis is the best, I cannot recommend his company enough.

I actually worked with Joe to develop my previous company's website while I was at corporate. We handle millions of dollars of transactions and never a problem or downtime. Our company Pure water Technology of San Diego uses them and they are absolutely the most fantastic company. Over the past 6+ years, I have been extremely pleased with the customer service at EP Host. I have had many problems over the years because I am not a techie, and I sometimes need some hand-holding. Of all the times, and there have been many, I have had to ask for help, just once, the service was not as good as all the other times due to a new employee. However, the problem did get resolved. I have come to rely on EPHost. While other companies have tried to get me to leave, I stay with EPHost. I can count on EPHost to be reliable, trustworthy, and when I encounter a problem, I know that the EPHost techs will solve it. If you are looking for a reliable hosting company, a company you can TRUST, one that does NOT treat you as "just a number," a company that is willing to listen to your concerns or problems and willing to help. Then I highly recommend EP Host.
