I recently had the pleasure of staying at Element Ontario, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in several areas.

First off, I loved the free parking – a huge plus, especially in a busy area. It made getting to and from the hotel a breeze without worrying about additional fees. The free breakfast downstairs was also a fantastic touch. The selection was fresh and tasty, and it was a great way to start the day.

The hotel itself is well-maintained, with ice and water machines on every floor, which was incredibly convenient. The cleanliness of both the rooms and the overall facility stood out – everything was spotless and felt very fresh. It's clear that the staff takes great pride in maintaining the property.

I also appreciated the room appliances – everything I needed, from the fridge to the microwave, was in great working condition and made my stay even more comfortable. The plates and coffee cups were also a huge bonus as well.

One of the coolest perks was that Eureka, a great local spot, is right downstairs and directly connected to the hotel. It was so convenient to be able to enjoy a couple of cocktails (or food) without having to leave the property, especially after a long day of work. Bonus points to Eureka for having a really good selection of whiskey as well!

Overall, Element Ontario provided excellent value and a comfortable, hassle-free stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and affordable hotel with great amenities!

The pillows were flat and the parking can be expensive. Overall I had a great stay. Good breakfast, cool restaurant at the ground floor and helpful staff. Diana makes the breakfast and is very kind and keeps the buffet stocked. There are many shops and other restaurants within walking distance (.75 mile).

Very nice and clean! Inclusive breakfast is great. They did accidentally overbook one night so we got a room w 2 queens instead of 1 king but it was not a problem. Water pressure was a bit weak and the lighting was slightly dim but otherwise loved it!

Staff made me feel immediately welcome. They are considerate and prepared to support guests. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Free breakfast managed by the kindest human ever, Diana. She went out of her way to ensure every guest had a positive experience. I look forward to my next stay at the Element Ontario.

The Element is a routine stop for my husband on business, the hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. This morning Diana greeted me at breakfast and asked how my stay was going, I appreciated her genuine and kind nature! It was refreshing. We definitely recommend staying here!

The Element is Awesome!! Jessica was super helpful and pleasant at the front desk. Jessica is a Rock Star!! My room was clean and comfortable. Thank you again Jessica for making my stay great. I did enjoy the Eureka restaurant as well. Very good food too!
