If I could leave zero stars I would! They deliver dead flowers and dry fruit nothing is fresh. So disappointed, the refund for anything has been such a hassle. The manager is never there and the girl on the phone is super rude! I would not order from this location again. It’s this location that is trash because I have never had a problem with edible arrangements before from other locations! It’s this specific location. If you’d like to ruin a special occasion go ahead and order from them. They ruined a very special day with this delivery. The flowers were not the color I picked, the balloon was all deflated, fruit all hard and dry and customer service is trash!

I should have read the Google reviews on this location before wasting my money and ruining a special occasion. Same exact story as others listed here.

Ordered for a delivery to occur on 6/23/2024, They called me that day to verify the details and that they were "finishing up my order" around 4pm. it didn't arrive. No calls, no delivery. When I contacted them in the morning they said it was odd, and it should arrive today (6/24). Already unacceptable as it missed the special occasion window, naively I said ok.

It did not arrive the next day. They stopped answering their phones. I left a few voicemails requesting an update and eventually a refund. There has been no response since, a week later now.

I am now forced to dispute the transaction through my financial institution. If you want to avoid ruining a special occasion, do not order from this store.

Justin and his team got a beautiful birthday arrangement to our Grandmother for her 80th and had it delivered early

I received edible arrangements for my birthday today from my mother and husband . First I want to say I received rotten fruit and a worm might be in the whole of the rotten strawberry. Second my flowers are completely dead and smashed this location has been my worst experience I will be following up with a manager on Monday this is unacceptable.

If I can give zero stars, I definitely would. 8\24 is my birthday, my son decided to send me some flowers, chocolate covered strawberries, and cupcakes. The cupcakes were frozen., the chocolate covered strawberries were wilting, and the flowers were dead. I called twice that day and my son called once trying to contact the manager Kelly we got no reply the following day I went to their establishment, returned all the items Kelly did ask to replace all the items and apologize but since my birthday was over and disappointing I asked for a full refund and it was honored.

The flowers are always fresh that get sent from this business and the fruit is outstanding! My kids devour it and I love white chocolate so it's a Win-Win for us all!

Ordered for Mother’s Day, flowers and fruit. Flowers were delivered dead and in a small vase wrapped so I tried to fix them, and they did not even fit after I unwrapped them had to find another vase. Fruit did not taste good and the pineapples that were supposed to spell mom spelled mmo the fruit looked old. I contacted the facility to speak to a manager they took a message that Friday, said they would reach out before end of day nothing. Called the next day still nothing left a message again. I know it was a busy weekend I was trying to be patient. I sent an email still nothing. Called today Wednesday 5/15 and the manager is not in store. It’s been almost a week and no one has even tried getting back to me.
