This is one of the nicest Econo lodges. Rooms were exceptionally clean, great hot water and water. Pressure beds were comfortable. The only thing I could think of on the downside was the breakfast is a little lackluster, but there is hot coffee and pastries.

Check-in was quick, efficient, and friendly. The entire facility was well maintained. Plenty of parking and almost all that were available were directly in front of your own room. Desert style landscaping; decorative rock planters with desert compatible foliage. Neat clean spacious rooms. Spectrum TV channels. Continental breakfast in the lobby featuring a unique self-contained push button automated pancake maker, and it made pretty good cakes!!!
Once again, friendly staff (different from check-in guy). They were two for two in the service category! Good job.
The venue is a good value for the buck.

Edit: had to contact Hotwire and have a representative talk to the front desk for a different room as we were told there were no more available rooms. We were then given a second key and told to only use the other room (that magically became available) for the water/shower and to not touch the bed for housekeeping purposes.

Dirty floors, newly plumbed rooms only have HOT/WARM water, ZERO cold water. Went to front desk to let them know, they gave us a key to another room that had the same water issue! Went back to the front desk to let them know and was told they have no control over the water.

There is a sign at the front desk saying no smoking, no drugs... but our room smelled like someone smoked a joint- burning and weed smell.

The soles of my feet are FILTHY!!!

Do better Econolodge. I don't know how you got such good reviews.

They shut off the water for hours without any warning for a “scheduled plumbing update”. Front desk was extremely rude when we called to ask about it and said if we didn’t like it we could leave. We had one more night so it didn’t make sense to leave when we had already been there three days. Just wanted to know why we weren’t given a heads up when we checked in so we could have planned accordingly.

An Experience of Two US ARMY Afghanistan Wounded Veterans
On 9/6 11:15 PM at night a Reservation is Made By A US ARMY Veteran. Econo-lodge stated or asked for a Service Dod ID and we were Also Told the Dog is Over 20 LBS and Secondly Would Not and Could Not Accept his ID. So we had to drive around late night in a strange place to finally stay at Motel 6 That did Not Ask anything about his Service Dog. It appears Management is Now saying they will not refund Friday Night No Matter What** The Customer was told either by Priceline The Cancellation Is Approved and That was A Blatant Lie. The Hotel Desk man at 11:30PM 8/6 said we are Sorry it's Motel Policy. Today 8/7 I called and The Deskman said call after 3 PM. As A Former Wounded Veteran I and My Cousin ( Both Wounded Veterans from Afghanistan ) will never, ever use Econo-Lodge Ever Again as They Will Misstate Policy and Steal from Veterans that were not even permitted to stay in the Location.

The hotel is conveniently located, the rooms are large and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. We stay here when we come from out of town to visit family. I would highly reccomend Econolodge Hesperia. Check In was a smooth process. Room was neat and clean! I travel alot so when we got charged a $100 deposit it was expected. The Lobby has coffee 24/7 which I loved so I can get at my lesuire. The price was also perfect for my budget. All around great experience!
