UPDATE - this is an ongoing issue and has not been fully addressed by Easyonnet. I was supposed to get a call back from tech support today but have not heard anything yet, so I just called and the office is closed.

Email goes down regularly. Limited tech support on weekends. Noone answering calls, you leave a message and hope someone will get back to you and they email their response to you however your email is down so obviously you won't receive it. I left a phone number asking them to call for assistance, no call yet and my email has been down for 20 hours.
