there are a couple of good Drs. that I like at this location but the majority of the staff have absolutely no bed side manner and are so inconsiderate. I went to see Dr. Kudahi today ( he is great!!) he wanted me to have a follow up chest xray. I had my 3 year old son with me and the lady at the check in was so unbelievebly rude and said I couldn't get the xray because I didn't have anyone to watch my son. So I understand that he can't be in the room and exposed to radiation but why the hell couldn't he walk out with the tech when she pressed the button it literally takes 2 minutes and I find it extremely rude and unprofessional. The rude front desk that went and got a rude tech who proseeded to rudley tell me the same thing .They don't want to be liable and I get that as well but there is no reason one of the 2 ladies at the front desk couldn't take 2 minutes out of their schedule to stand with him outside the room while they push the button for 1 minute.

This place is very unprofessional and lacks communication. It is misleading to state that you accept a certain insurance, allow the appt to be completed only to later state that you don’t accept that insurance. Patients have real health concerns and to play around with time and conditions is disgusting behavior and infuriating. A couple of employees such as Karen were discourteous. I DEFINITELY DON’T RECOMMEND COMING HERE!!! There are better places around. I am absolutely appalled by this behavior!

As a patient I showed up ten minutes early and I am still waiting, 45 minutes past my original appointment time. Not the first time I've been stuck waiting. There just seems to be a lack of respect for my time.

I had an absolutely horrible and degrading experience and would never set foot in this place again. If someone is looking for half decent bedside manner.. or getting what they scheduled to be done, done.. go anywhere else. I scheduled an IUD replacement (as a sexual assault survivor this is already something I have to prepare and be as calm as possible for). The appointment was listed as an IUD replacement and at checkin that's what the front desk also said. It wasn't until I was naked under the hospital gown that the nurse practitioner told me I would need an STD screening and pap smear done first. She said it was protocol.. and they had no plans of doing the replacement that day and I would need to schedule another visit. I asked if it was protocol, why was I scheduled for the replacement and not called beforehand.. she just blamed the scheduling department. She kept trying to explain away while I was in the hospital gown and I had to ask her multiple times to leave so I could put my clothes on and go.

Staff was great. Zero wait and very friendly as always. Dr Khudai and his nurse Tiffany were both great at listening and providing options with explanations to my concerns. Highly recommend Dr Khudai and his team.

Aman tineh Is a terrible doctor I went in to get checked up for road burn from a bike crash and when asked about mental health history I mentioned passive suicidal thoughts (key word passive) and also mentioned I will have a psychological evaluation soon so inpatient care is not needed but out of her personal bias she sent me in on involuntary hold and I never got a psychological evaluation and am now in a large amount of debt. Thanks for the terrible service.

Your office is completely unprofessional and make the entire Duly heath and care look extremely bad! Not only was my appointment cancelled at the last minute but the staff who initially called to cancel didn’t even give me the decency to call back and reschedule my appointment as she stated she would, How disgusting! Just like you have a schedule I have one as well. The lack of common courtesy from the staff at your office is truly insane.

Seniors Beware!!! If you don't want your senior parents in the probate system, beware. We always go to my Mom Doctors appointments with her. We went to my Mom doctor appointment at Duly in Tinley park and a Woman was in the room talking about she is my Mom Case Manager assigned by Advocate Healthcare. We told her we don't need her services. She then made a complaint of Elder Abuse, saying one family member answered the questions for my mother and that I told her we didn't need her services. So Catholic Charities opened a investigation and came by the house without calling. And said they can come by for 30 days unannounced. If I was you, I would not take my parents to Duly, and Advocate Healthcare. Our your family may be another Stop Guardianship Abuse case, where Case Managers, Doctors, Attorneys etc. Take all your love ones money and throw them in a very low grade nursing home. Please watch the movie, I Care A Lot. Its real. But many never make it back home a have a bad ending. Beware!
