I am VERY pleased with the results of my daughters teeth. We researched orthodontists in the area, including a referral from the dentists due to our daughter's impacted tooth. Compared to other orthodontist, Depew was about 300-400 more. BUT when I take in consideration the care and professionalism of the staff, shuttle services if I cannot get my daughter to an appointment, the inclusions of before, during, and aftercare, and the location; it all balances out. From day one, our full consultation was very detailed with before and after pictures and x-rays. This was not done with other comparable establishments. I was not convinced by the answers provided from my questions. Especially since I wore braces when I was young. I just did not feel as comfortable as I did with Depew. Taylor has always smiled, but now it is even bigger. Thanks Dr. Depew and Staff!

My daughter, Emma, is a patient of Dr. Depew's. We have always received the best care and have always been welcomed with a smile. The office is always clean not to mention decorated beautifully. Each person I have interacted with has always been kind and communicated effectively. I am a very picky person and I would choose to use this orthodontist again. I was also very impressed initially with the presentation and learned a great amount about the office staff certification requirements. When an office goes beyond what is expected of the normal requirements that is evidence of the level of care they plan to deliver.

I got my braces today and I'm so excited for the results!!! Depew's staff were friendly and prepared for my visit. The lady in charge of finaces talked to me about my care and reviewed the payment options to my dad. I asked questions about braces and was sent off to get impressions. After that, I got my braces on. It went faster than I expected. Thank you guys so much and I will see you in 8 weeks!

Dr. Depew and staff make us feel like we're family, and dearly loved! From the moment we walk in, we feel welcomed. Anyone can see that the staff is genuinely happy to see each family/patient. They remember important events going on with you, and they are quick to ask how it went! To me, that means so much!! It says they sincerely care about their patients and the families! I have 3 kids in braces, and I'm so thankful Depew Orthodontics is their provider. My kids always look forward to their appointments. We are new to the area! We had such a phenomenal experience with our Ortho in Clarksville TN I was not looking forward to charting a new course with someone new! Can I say I've been blown away by the OUTSTANDING professional real courteous fun reliable and thorough service provided in such a short period of time! We are JUST beginning our braces journey and everyone but especially at this point Shannon Miller and Sue Jones are AMAZING. Having to move and find a Dentist that your comfortable with is not easy. Dr. Manente and Bre Owens made my daughter and I feel as if we were family. They are very professional and super sweet! I would recommend this place to anyone!!!

Dr. Depew and Dr. Hall and everyone were wonderful start to finish. Everyone is so friendly and personable. They are very thorough and will answer any questions. I deal with anxiety and had little to none by my 3rd visit. They keep you with the same assistant so ensure comfort, since you get to know them and vice versa. Maegan was my assistant and she was so fun to work with. Took the time to explain everything and had a fun sarcastic personality. I had a time line to get them off in June. It was met safely and efficiently. I will recommend Dr. Depew and team 100% of the time. So grateful I can smile with confidence.
