I’m so glad so many people have had good experiences with this company. Sadly, my family and I are not one of them. We rented a home from this company.

This is by far the most disrespected, and lied to we have ever felt. We never had issues with previous landlords.

The problems were many, but I’ll condense it to say I believe this company is either severely unaware of how to run
a company OR they are knowingly slow to communicate in hopes you will drop the issue and they will have to do nothing about it.

I cannot recommend to rent from this company. I come from a family who ran a business my entire childhood. The lack of transparency this company gives to its customers is shameful. If your integrity as a business/landlord is worth the $2,250 deposit, so be it.

Save yourself and do not rent with them. Absolutely one of the worst experiences I’ve had, Chris is unreliable and not responsive at all, they changed property management, then told us someone owned the home, the home owner changed almost 5 times, now are accounts have been deleted, we asked for the paperwork showing mg we made payments but they haven’t even gotten to me, it’s been over a month. We had a gas leak with the oven and it took over a month to hear back. And now the new homeowners are charging us to fix the wall since they removed the security system we didn’t even put in the house!
