I have lived here only a short while (8 mos) , but have to say that Renee and Monica Arispe made my move-in easy and *almost* hassle free. There was a slight glitch at move-in with paperwork but all was solved smoothly and efficiently and Monica even stayed well after office closing to help me out. Maintenance team has been great with handling issues quickly. The interiors are really nice & the property is absolutely beautiful, with easy access to freeways, shopping and entertainment. Even though some pet owners do not pick up after their paw-kids like they should - sadly you will likely run into this at any apartment complex.

I moved into this apartment community (3 bed 2 bath) when they were still building about 7 years ago. I absolutely loved living there and had no complaints other than the horrible parking. The parking rules allowed for no visitors because you could only register one vehicle in a 24 hour period. Unfortunately, they changed management about 2 years ago and everything went downhill quickly. Last march they contacted me to say I owed over $3000 in rent, late fees and water. Mind you in the 7 years I HAVE NEVER BEEN LATE ON A PAYMENT. After investigation I found out they had me month to month claiming I never signed my new lease. So you are telling me you let this go for 4 months and didn't file eviction? LIES!! I signed the lease during the time there was a switch in office staff so you all dropped the ball somewhere. They took all the fees away and I paid the water fees, which was my fault, and I signed a 6 month contract. Fast forward I was "mailed" a letter stating they would not be renewing my lease. I have never had an issue during my time there, never been late on rent, never had a complaint or been a bad tenant so I was confused as to why I was being asked to leave. I asked the manager and he said he doesn't need a reason as to why the decision was made. I understand that to be true but that is ridiculous. I ended up moving out and as we all know, moving is a lot so it inconvenienced me. God works because my children and I are happier in a house with much more space, the ability to have company and not get their vehicles towed and best of all I AM PAYING THE SAME I WAS PAYING IN THAT APARTMENT!! Good luck if you decide to move here.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! This place is horrible. I should’ve known from the start that it wasn’t worth our money. The only reason we signed the lease was because they dropped the price from $1500 to $1250, even with the discount it’s not worth it. The worst part is the parking, if you get home past 7pm you will either have to park at the front or you won’t have anywhere to park. The only way you’re guaranteed parking is if you pay for a garage or covered parking, but that shouldn’t be the case. If I’m paying rent I should have a guaranteed parking spot. And to make matters worse half the parking spaces are compact spots so even if there are some spots a lot of the time the cars next to them are parked over the line so no one can even fit in the spot. Second, my husband’s car got keyed down both sides from front to back while he was parked directly in front of the office one night when he got home late from work. I called the “courtesy officer” and never got a response and I told the office and asked if there were cameras which was a no. Absolutely ridiculous. They claim that there’s a 24/7 courtesy officer but that’s a lie I think since I’ve never seen them and if there was someone I would hope they would’ve returned my call when our property was vandalized. The stairwells and hallways are absolutely disgusting always. There’s CONSTANTLY trash left out in the halls every weekend when it’s very clear that the valet trash doesn’t come Friday or Saturday so the whole weekend the hall smells like shit and attracts bugs. Theres also been gym equipment that’s been broken the entire time I’ve lived here. I really urge you to reconsider living here it’s not worth your money. The only good thing I have to say about this place is the maintenance team is always nice and gets everything done very quickly.

Lived here for a little over a year. Nice place, maintenance is quick and responsive with any issues. They really keep up the grounds and the valet trash is very convenient. Very nice staff and neighbors, lots of POC. There are no elevators. Pool, gym, walking trail are all kept up and clean. I've only had a few bugs in the summer and we can put in requests for pest control to come as many times as we need.

I have a 1st floor unit and you do hear the footsteps of people above you (kids running) and the interstate is a bit loud but it's a convenient location right off the interstate with plenty of stores and schools within a 5 mile radius. Very Spacious rooms with updated appliances.

Minus one star because Parking is good if you pay for a spot ($50-$150/month) but horrible if not. After 7pm you will not get a space and will have to park in the front of the complex or across the street and walk to your unit. That's the worst part about this place. I wish every unit had just one dedicated parking spot for the amount that we pay here. I do go out less and can't even make late night store or food runs because I know I won't have a place to park when I get back.

Management will avoid you at all cost. Wants to send out letters and email, but not discuss problems or solutions with you.
Other than horrible parking, Eddie (Manager) and not being able to get ahold of the corporate office (Pardue Management Company) for two weeks. It's been great.
Renee, Ginger and Maintenance men (I believe the one I've had more contact with is Marco) have always been great, helpful and very friendly!
Don't run too far, there are two new complexes on each side with awesome management that I personally have had experience with this week and they have great deals!

The front office staff is very nice especially the young man, Monica, and Renee. I had a concern that I felt needed to be addressed with the manager. I called several times and was told she would call me back. I have not received a call. The floor plans are wonderful and spacious, beautiful amenities, but I like to come home to the outside being kept clean and safe as well. They have been saying for months now that the doors are to remained locked, they would be painting, cleaning the hallway carpet, keeping the stairs clean and this has not happened. The doors are always unlocked!!! Carpet & stairs are filthy with dog hair, dust, bugs in the window!!!

For 3 days I’ve been calling these apartments trying to get leasing information, none of the times I called have they answered. I’ve left my information as well and they never returned my calls. I finally decided to drive out 40 minutes to see if I find someone in the leasing office during their business hours. When I go to pull the leasing office door open, it is locked. And immediately I see two women go and hide in the back. My husband goes and knocks on the window door thinking maybe they didn’t see us, still they don’t come out. So we can’t get a hold of anyone over the phone and going to the leasing office is a waste. Disappointed.

I’ve been living 2 years here. And yes i agree that at the beginning it was really hard on the parking spaces but with the time that problem was fixed and also the staff was really accessible and helpful in order to get carport or a garage! i have nothing to complain on this apartments, it’s a really nice neighborhood, i have some excellent neighbors and how can i forget my awesome view! i truly recommend this apartments!
