Good place to live. Love the location, amenities, staff, layout, and more.

There’s only 2 downsides that really come to mind.

The first is one that you can’t really control: it’s some of the people who live here. People litter, they leave trash bags outside of the dumpster instead of putting it inside, they play loud music and the bass is annoying, they smoke in their apartment or outside and the smell goes through the vents into your unit, they walk loudly / stomp in the unit above you, they let their dogs bark for a long time, they speed through the parking lot, and some other things like that. Doesn’t help that the windows seem to let in a lot of sounds, and the walls and floors are thin / must not have much insulation between them.

The other problem is that the gate on the north end of the property. It’s always broken. Sometimes it just breaks itself and comes off the track, and sometimes I think people must hit it or something. When it’s broken, people go very fast into or out of the complex from that entrance which causes an annoying and loud “thunk-thunk” sound when their tires go over the gate track. Because you hear a lot of sounds through the windows/ walls, the sound if very annoying. They always fix the gate, but it really just needs to be replaced with a different style all together (like the one in the middle of the property).

Overall, it’s better than a lot of other complexes, and I have noticed them making a lot of improvements slowly but surely.

I don't know where the negative comments are coming from. Or perhaps my experience was slightly different. So far, my experience has been nothing short of incredible. I had some minor issues with my apartment when I moved in, but they were rectified within a day or two. This alone speaks volumes. The property is well-kept and clean (with the exception of a large amount of rubbish at the end of the weekend), but that is to be expected. It's the weekend! People party on the weekends!  I'd also like to thank Ernesto for making my move as painless as possible. I had all of my documentation ready and received my keys in less than 20 minutes! I adore it here and intend to make it my home for a while!

It’s 12:30 am, and neighbors play loud music, the whole apartment is shaking. Dog park is the dirtiest one I have ever seen. I don’t know why residence here cannot pick up poops after their dogs or no one come to clean. It used to be a good place, 4.6 a year ago and now is 4.3.

Bad experience here.. .. It is very hot and the air conditioner has not been working for two nights.. and the office does not respond to us at all.. I only pay $2100 a month and I can't sleep.. The corridors and stairs are very dirty
I do not advise anyone to live here I will be very happy when my lease is up and I move out

Hellooo!! I spent just two nights in the condominium while visiting friends.

The condo is well maintained, just missing a few lights. Good amenities like two pools, gym, pool table, community kitchen, two dog parks, and a lot of parking.

Keep it up guys!!!

I toured Domain at Midtown Park and immediately felt at home. The leasing agent, Cole, was by far the best I've had on this search. He was very detailed and transparent with every question I had, and made sure to attend to everyone in the office, despite having quite a line of people waiting to tour this wonderful property. Cole's attentiveness and dedication to providing great service to each prospective tenant, even with him being the only one in the office, had us ready to sign the dotted line. This property is everything I was looking for and more - I highly recommend checking it out!

Since the apartment complex changed owner company this year, everything has gone into disarray. AC hasn’t been working and it’s not a priority to fix it. We put in a request to have a ceiling problem checked out and 2 weeks later no one has come but I got an email saying that the request is closed as if someone had come by. Nobody is ever in the office, they have a number for maintenance emergencies, you call and it rings in the office, the office nobody is ever in. It used to be a great place to live in. Since the company changed owners it’s gone to crap. Will definitely NOT be renewing my lease. Such a shame because it was great before.

I have been living here for about 3 months now, but in this area for 4 years. My journey at The Domain started off in June of 2024 when I met with Meesh Perkins (Who is now the AM for The Domain ! Congratulations again girl!!) She was very happy to show me around the complex and was very interested in the reason why I was moving plus what exactly Ill be needing for my next move. She went above and beyond when it came to explaining the perks of why I should choose Grey Star as my next leasing management company to live in. This company works with Salaries and They have many benefits especially if you work for specific companies, please don't be afraid to ask. I appreciate the Staff and maintenance crew as they are ALL friendly and finish request promptly!
Now lets talk about the community EVENTS !! Since living here, I've been too 4 biweekly events and I've met a lot of great people in this community thanks to these social events. The Paint & Sip Pumpkin event and The Halloween Monster Bash was AMAZING!!! Let me tell you NATE & His team know how to party ! They also offer Gym Classes and plan on many more ideas for this community!
Neighborhood is SAFE - I go on early morning walks and Late night walks and I have YET to see any violence or police vehicles chasing down anyone like they do on the other side of the highway lol ( ROYAL & FOREST LN )
This is a gated community and the neighborhood is quite, we do have late night safety patrol & they helped me get back my uber eats order from a delivery guy who wasn't trying to deliver it, now that's what I call SAFTEY PATROL !
They keep the grounds Clean and there is a lot of places to walk your dogs, lot of trees and grass areas. If your looking for a place that feels like nature with Bunnies running around, this is the place for you!!

CONS : I really don't have any!
