This place...DEFINITELY DO NOT bring any equipment here to be fixed!!! They have had my mower for 6 months and everytime I call, I get an excuse as to why it's not ready. Their customer service who answers the phone sux!!! They DO NOT in ANY way contact you about your equipment. It's up to you to check and they are rude and act like they don't care. If I could rate them at a negative I would!! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!!!

Went in the store to look at purchasing a STIHL chain saw. The man at the counter was cursing his employees out. Everyone working just ignored my presence. No assistance at all while I walked around for more than 10 minutes. Then there is a family dog that made me feel uncomfortable he wasn’t friendly either. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to shop at D&K. Just look at other reviews they have posted. 2.9 rating says it all.

I have lived in Georgia for 39 years and I still can’t understand what the woman answering the phone is saying. The manager is just as bad but more rude and less helpful.

D & K has had my father's mower for over half a year no joke, it's ridiculous. They refused to give him back his riding mower and are holding it hostage making up any excuse to keep his mower since they can't do the one thing you hire them for, to fix machines. HIGHLY urge people not waste their hard earned money and most importantly your time at this place. Not the only one with horror stories by a long shot, don't be another

If you like being lied to, love being misled, it have a lot of downtime with your production style landscaping service, this is the place that you definitely want to go because you will be treated as such. They made up excuses when they could not deliver on the delivery date of the brand new mower we purchased from them, did not follow instructions as to what was to be done to the machine and why it was brought in for service, and then made a plethora of excuses and even added that new Factory blades from Exmark should be sharpened for Optimum performance. If you want that for yourself than this is the place for you. Good luck to you and God bless you if you get a warranty from them because they don't honor it nor will they

Think twice about doing business with D&K Southern Power Equipment on Canton Road. I brought my blower in for a tune-up the first week of September and was told they were running 2-3 weeks out.

I went back more than three weeks later to pick up the blower and it wasn't ready. I was told last Tuesday it would be ready "by the end of the week". I returned the following Monday to pick up the blower and was told "it will be the next one on the bench and should be ready by the end of the day or first thing in the morning". I told them first thing in the morning would be fine.

I returned today at 10AM [mid-morning] and they still hadn't gotten to it. When I asked them why they kept promising me dates/times but weren't honoring them, they claimed they never said any of what they said.

"I remember what I told you when I checked you in," the guy said to me. I told him, "You didn't check me in, your daughter did." After much mumbling and stumbling and outright denying what they said, they told me they couldn't work with me and returned my blower.

So, 5+ weeks and they couldn't even get to a simple tune-up. Deal with D&K Power Equipment at your own peril. I will NEVER deal with them again.
