I got a bag of cookies from Crumbl. I liked the vibe and the system of ordering them. The price is reasonable and the cookies were fresh. I like to order other flavors.

So my 15 year old son has been using his own money he earned to buy cookies and accumulating points for free product. He finally accumulated enough points to get a free gift of 6 SMALL cookies. He placed the order at the wrong store by accident, so I phoned the manager at the woburn location to cancel the order and refund the points. The manager assured me the points would be back in his account in 24 hours. Fast forward 2 months and 1 ignored plus a follow up email. The response was there is nothing we can do for you.

I then called the store manager directly today, she asked me for all the information and left me on hold for a couple minutes while she checked it out. She came back and said there is nothing I can do for you. I said the point of this is not the money, I sleep 100s of dollars a month at this store and am not trying to get something for my son that he didn't earn or work for. It is the point that I've told him to follow through on things and it will pay off. Obviously the probably $1 worth of batter is worth more to crumble cookie than good values.

That being said I will never go here again.

I’m not even a cookie person but I am hooked on Crumbl cookies! They’re literally the best cookies I’ve ever had in my life! It’s so exciting hearing what new flavors they’re coming out with for the upcoming week. There’s not a week that goes by that we don’t go to Crumbl. Thank you for making such amazing cookies!!!

I’m going to be honest that these are not my favorite cookies. Worth the experience trying once since it is unique but I found the cookies far too sweet to want to come back regularly. The cookies themselves are already quite rich and sweet which overpowers other flavors & spices (we got gingerbread and mint chocolate), and then you add on top frosting which just ends up being too much - no wonder the serving sizes are for just 1/4 a cookie! The gingerbread cookie was warmed up which was a nice touch and made it better.

Great crumble location. Big, open, and well lit shop. I really like their semi sweet cookies. Can’t go wrong with it.

What rich, delicious cookies! For the last few weeks, while visiting family in Wisconsin, we have been trying these delicious cookies that were ordered and delivered to the house. I was so excited to learn that we have a location near where we live. I give the cookies five stars, but the price and pretentiousness in the store definitely turns me off. I went to pick up some of these expensive little goodies for thank you gift and my daughters were begging for some so I had planned to get a six pack for the gift and a few cookies for a house but I realized that it was the same price as ordering the party box. I wanted to order a party box and have them packed six and six but since that wasn’t an option on the self-service tablet ordering system so I asked a lady working there if that was possible. She seemed to understand what I was asking then flipped the tablet over and proceeded to order two six packs which I clearly could have keyed in myself but was going to cost nearly $10 more than the party box of 12. I ended up walking out with just the six cookies, plus one for my girls to share.

I like the modern feel and the transparency into the kitchen area. I also really like the self-service option, which is aided by beautiful cookie pictures.

I definitely think these cookies are a must try for the interesting cookie flavors but be ready to empty your wallet at the same time as it’s a premium, not every day, treat.

Totally raw in the center- couldn’t pick it up out of the box it just fell apart. Disgusting and inedible.

I won’t tell you what a serving size is but you won’t care as these are delicious! Many people don’t like that it’s doughy in the middle but it’s a must! Some served warm some chilled. Gotta try ‘em all!!! My daughter and I use the Crumbl Cutter to share cookies.
