Günstige Lage in ruhiger Gegend, mit dem Auto braucht man etwa 10 Minuten ins Zentrum (Bat-Watch usw.). Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Man sollte auf jeden Fall ein Zimmer im obersten Stockwerk nehmen. Denn in den unteren Stockwerken hört man jeden Schritt, der in den Zimmern oberhalb getan wird. Der Boden knackt und kracht und man kann jederzeit feststellen, ob jemand im Zimmer ist und wo er gerade steht oder geht. Das Frühstück im hoteleigenen "Starbucks" ist ein Witz, was die Auswahl oder die Qualität betrifft: man kann von einer winzigen Karte wählen. Ich habe frischen Obstsalat bestellt, der schmeckt, als wäre er am Tag davor geschnitten worden und ein Oatmeal, das ok war. Der sonst übliche Gratis-Kaffee in der Lobby fehlt in diesem Hotel. Einen Indoor Pool gibt es. Angeblich kann man im Nachbarhotel den Outdoorpool benutzen.

I really enjoyed my stay here, Cindy at the front desk was more than helpful, she was welcoming and very friendly. Her warm attitude really set the tone for my visit. I truly appreciate her exceptional service and would definitely return because of the great experience she helped create. Adriana in food service was amazing, she recommended the breakfast burrito and it did not disappoint. I really appreciate Victoria for being so helpful as well.

So I walked in to get my room and then I realized I picked the wrong dates but as luck would have it Nia was working or should I say a superhero. She hit me with a magical smile and told me I was not a screw and then walked me through the process to get a new room. Luckily they had one left. I made new reservations she took notes for me and took care of everything. Thanks so much Nia for the great service.

Called back and talked to the manager Victoria and she was great as well. Thanks for the amazing leadership and service. Happy New Year!

My wife recently stayed at the courtyard for a class trip. While business casual is a very broad range of outfits, the professor made a huge stink about her not having a blazer, specifically. The sales manager overheard the exchange, and later that night when my wife returned from day one of the class activities, the staff had gone out on their own time to get her a blazer. This level of care and consideration is just amazing, and if ever in Austin again, we will be staying with them. As a military member we have to travel around a lot, and it is always nice to find those places that go the extra mile for their clients.

We have an office in Austin close to the Domain area and we have been using this hotel. I have stayed often and last week I had a two night stay. The hotel overall is dated and needs work ,however, if it is clean you can overlook some of that . This week no service, no show for the room to clean and no response from management. The front desk people are very nice and always welcoming so it is a-shame that simple operations for cleaning cannot be tended to… I will be staying at another hotel in that location in the future.

First the good - staff is pleasant and helpful. Room is large and was clean. Bathroom was also large. Hotel was conveniently located for our activities in Austin. BUT, I honestly almost checked out the first night and went somewhere else. The room smelled like it had the carpet shampooed and then the door shut tight for days. Musty, damp, perfumy. It was nauseating. Finally about 2 or 3 am the smell lessened. The bed was very saggy and needs replaced. The policy to only clean room every other day is fine, but it would be helpful to have enough coffee/cups for 2 days.

This place... Stinks. It smells like old cigarettes, that they tried to cover up with air freshener unsuccessfully.

Our bedding was damp.

The bathroom door in our room sticks so bad I almost couldn't open it.

The mattress in our room is worn out, and needs replacement.

The staff is great, and the location too.

That being said, I stay at courtyards all the time, and have probably stayed at one in every major city in the country. This is by far the worst Marriott property I've ever booked.

I really enjoyed the interior design of the room. The staff was very pleasant and the place was very clean. They were also very helpful and responsive when I asked for them to email me a receipt days after my stay. Thank you!
