I found the delivery drivers and customer service reps to be 5-star. The phone system and website, however, are 0. I was on hold 43 minutes to return an Inogen that needed attention but once I got through the rep was professional and knowledgeable. 8 hours later a new Inogen was delivered to my house. I need to travel out of state and asked my Dr about a concentrator rental in AZ. His office called Community and within 4 days I had a call from Lana at Community who explained everything. Very very hard to reach them-website does not allow for ordering, it stinks- but once you get through you will be helped by kind and courteous people.

Trying for 3 days to get equipment picked up I scheduled apps and driver shows up doesn't ring door bell just calls cellphone and leaves when I don't answer and showed up next day at 8:45am when I am at work
Seems I am dealing with incompetent company

If possible I would give less than half one star. This is the absolute worst customer service I have experienced in my life! THE WORST!
I have been waiting more than 3 months to have a CPAP issue resolved. Nobody follows up. Nobody calls back. Horrible, horrible customer service.

My father had surgery a week ago, the case manager advised they sent an Rx to this company this Monday 7/31/23. When I called this company the lady told me it was approved and tried to be delivered on 8/1/23, but does not know why it was not. Ok….. then she advised it will would be delivered today 8/4/23 and someone will call me 1 hour before…. It was about 530pm and no call was received and I called them back and the gentleman advised the driver will be there by 7-8pm… no call no delivery. I cannot even call during weekend hours as they are closed ?. Very disappointed!!!! I now have to wait til Monday!

Awesome experience with this company for my bipap order. After trying for 2 months with AT HOME MEDICAL GETTNG NO WHERE I DECIDED TO GO WITH COMMUNITY. Within 48 hrs I had an appointment to pick up the equipment for next week. They are professional and answered all my questions.

If I could give negative stars I would. It started when I first had to use them because they took my insurance, majority of the time I do not believe they know what they are doing. I have needed bacteria filters for my ventilator they have sent me the wrong order 3 different times. When I call and say they sent me the wrong one they say "oh yea I see they did" and then send me the wrong one. Please whatever you do stay far away from this company.

I am not at all surprised at these reviews posted about this company. I am only flabbergasted that the Doctors and the Hospitals would refer patients to this DME medical equipment supplier. Quality Improvement and Management is seriously lacking on many fronts. Getting an exchange for a non working CPAP machine is becoming increasingly difficult. After numerous calls to Community Surgical Supply the issue is still unresolved. I cannot in good faith give a rating. Until this is resolved.

zero stars, they have the worst customer service I've seen in a while. I had my CPAP machine delivered with no mask. Calls to customer service left me with a migraine. Long wait times and getting hung up on several times! I never got to use the CPAP and told them to come and get it out of my house. I will look for a reputable suppler moving forward. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
