Nettes Personal, das sehr zuvorkommend sich um unsere Wuensche gekuemmert hat. Vora allem Darren vom Consierge-Desk war prima. Aber auch die Putzfee, die fuer die Sauberkeit des Apartments verantwortlich war.

Fairly expensive since there is no breakfast included. |Service apartments so no restaurant. |Not daily housekeeping. |Great location - subway station beneath the building. Also lots of restaurants and supermarket but they open quite late in the morning. |Easy to get Grab or taxi. |Near National University of Singapore.

Very dusty -- my allergies flare up. Quite dirty -- read the other reviews too. There is no couch, just a very uncomfortable ledge to sit on. The walls are so thin you can hear the neighbors go up and down the stairs. There is only one elevator. The TVs are not smart TVs. The Internet is slooooooowwww.

Good location even though not city Center but work access to the subway and closeby the Insead campus. Clean room with washing machine and full kitchen. Nice balcony and view.

It's a nice and well maintained serviced apartment in the peripheral business district of Singapore.

Rooms are very clean, they have all amenities in the room ( laundry is free since there is a washing machine in the room + detergent also is provided ), clean bathrooms as well.

Just that some of the products ( lotions, sanitizer etc ) that were kept already had gone past the 'best before date'. They could have paid more attention to those details.

Housekeeping is available from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm only. Service is very good, but time constraints are there. Breakfast is decent, but there's a food court at the ground level.

Perfect for long stay for family. |This serviced apartment became our home away from home for almost a week. Complete with furnishings, utensils, appliances, water dispenser at the hallway & toiletries. Very convenient since there are food courts at 2 levels at the basement and MRT station too. We got the singapore tourist pass for 3 days and we had unlimited train rides in almost all tourist spots. Very convenient since we just have to go up the escalator from the train station up to the apartment. Easy also to book Grabtaxi. |Downsides: buffet option is quite expensive for its limited offer, front desk assistance is not 24/7, no bellboy, no rice cooker, housekeeping is every other day only.

Amazing stay although it was just 1 night. Will definitely do it again! Same as the other reviews, the floor was a little bit sticky. Maybe should mop it thoroughly. I also feel that amenities is 4/5 stars as they mentioned that there’s both microwave oven and oven but there’s only microwave oven. Another thing is there isn’t any bidets in the toilets 😢

I would not recommend this hotel for a family especially with young kids. The main elevators are out of service. We need to use the fire/service elevator which everyone can access with out an access card. On night, our room next door had a late party at night. They also got into a fight around 2:00 AM. Fortunately, my kids did not wake up in the middle of the night.
