ABER: Kaltes Wasser in der Dusche (dieses Problem hatten auch andere Zimmer), Frühstücksbuffet einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse nicht würdig (kein Saft vorhanden, nur Kaffee - wenig Auswahl beim Essen).
Als wir dann beim Checkout fragten ob sie uns wegen unserer Umstände preislich entgegenkommen könnten, wurde verneint und darauf hingewiesen dass wir doch den Techniker öfter anrufen hätten sollen (1x war er wegen des Wassers da, danach hat es kurz funktioniert und dann eben nicht mehr)

I absolutely love this hotel and will be staying here again and again. This past weekend marks my second time staying here. Previously I stayed when they first opened.

The ambiance is very modern, it’s clean, and the rooms are spacious. Each of us said we loved the shower too.

Yes, there is an Indian restaurant on the first floor; that smell does make it into the elevator, but we were in a “1st Floor” room (actually the 3rd floor) and didn’t smell anything. We’re food lovers and thought it smelled amazing when we walked by, and we want to try it when we go back.

We did not go up to the rooftop pool or bar, but from the outside it looked beautiful and we look forward to going up next time.

The vibe here was lively & upbeat, but still chill. Before booking I heard that this was one of the better hotels located near Universal which is what influenced me—it turned out to be a good decision. There’s an Indian restaurant located inside the lobby. You’ll smell it when you walk in. I love Indian cuisine but didn’t get to stop by.

I stayed on the 6th floor. Though the top view is always nice it can get a bit noisy at times because that’s where the pool and rooftop lounge are located. It wasn’t an awful disturbance, just consider this when booking.

There could be a bit more parking available for guests since there’s a restaurant & lounge available for the general public.

The overall cleanliness of the room I’d given an 8/10. The floors could be mopped more frequently.

Barry at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. Overall, I’d book again. I felt safe and comfortable.

My first time at this property and I will definitely be back! Starting with the welcoming front desk staff named Margarita, to the manager Pat, who was so insightful and just pleasant to speak with. My room was perfect! Very clean and the bed was so comfortable.
The hotel even has an amazing roof top pool with a gorgeous view!! At night it looks even better… Definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Orlando.

Andres at the front desk was rude to me. I have a service dog and he gave me a hard time claiming that service animals don’t bark and continued to challenge and doubt me about my dog being a service animal. His behavior was unacceptable. I have the dog because I’m disabled and that’s hard enough. The bathroom sink in my room made a loud drilling noise which the GM promised to address. It never happened. The sheets in my room were filthy. The fridge did not work. Room didn’t have a microwave. When I called the hotel before check in, the girl who answered said breakfast was complimentary. When I arrived, they told me it wasn’t. The noise from the rooftop club/bar is ridiculous at night. I barely slept.

Update: The response from management is filled with nothing but lies. Andres did not comply with the rules regarding service animals and I think I’m going to take legal action. Furthermore, Nobody from the hotel addressed any of the issues I had. Upon checking into the room, The sheets were completely filthy. In case there is any dispute, I have retained evidence and it is all timestamped. The sink made a drilling noise the entire time I was there and the fridge did not work. Corporate has already been made aware of the entire incident.

So happy I chose to stay at the Cambria hotel during my time in Orlando. I was looking for a hotel in a good location, for a good price and most of all, exceptionally clean (above anything else). That’s what this hotel provided. I’m one to do a lot of research before choosing a place to stay in and reading reviews is a must for me so I really appreciate the detailed reviews people left of their Cambria hotel experience. I couldn’t agree more with what I read: room was exceptionally clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and the location of the hotel was spot on. I also really appreciated that the parking was not half the cost of the stay (which is not the case for most hotels in the area where they charge you $35+ per night to park your car in an uncovered, unattended lot).

I can’t say much about the service because I only had a check in and check out interaction during my stay, however I do feel this can be improved to be more welcoming. Nevertheless, I really valued the text messages I received throughout my stay asking me if I needed anything including housekeeping (which I did request via text the night before and was so happy to get back to my room after a long day with everything clean again) so make sure you request it in advance, these texts save you time and are very efficient. Something important to keep in mind is that there is loud music coming from the pool restaurant at night on the weekends until late —I don’t know if on the other side of the hotel or on another floor this can be avoided.

Overall, I had a wonderful stay at the Cambria hotel and will certainly be back next time I’m in Orlando. Thanks for maintaining a clean hotel including the rooms and all around areas, this is extremely important and a reason why I’ll be coming back.

I stay here whenever I’m in town. Location is great, and rates are reasonable. I was greeted by Barry and Precious. Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean, fully stocked and beds were comfortable. Parking is limited but there is an extended parking area outside the perimeter.
