Their website states that: '' Boundless Communications delivers blazing fast, secure, trouble-free WiFi, Internet, and Sureveillance to the places you care about most. '' Don't be fooled. The internet frequently goes off without warning or is very slow and their customer service is a joke. I'm still waiting for someone to get back to me from a complaint I raised last week. They also seem to have a lot of 'scheduled' maintenance which leaves us without the internet for even more hours that we are paying for. Rest assured though that they still manage to collect your direct debit payments on time! This used to be a really reliable small enterprise but they are now too big to care.

Down all the time barely get 1 mb download or upload on a 10 mb package, do not recommend, do not get if you want fast WiFi. Oh and awful customer service. Can’t forget how bad that is. The lazy arse company got some random Indian call centre for customer service. That tells you everything, if only I could give zero stars

We switched to Boundless and have so often wished we’d stuck with BT, despite the slower speeds. It’s great when it works but it so often doesn’t - and when things go wrong it’s virtually impossible to get hold of customer service. Would definitely not recommend.

Been with Boundless for over 9 years and had excellent service.
Very recently had a failure where water had got into the cable from the antenna damaging the equipment. The support from Boundless to resolve the problem was very rapid. All the people I dealt with were very pleasant and very efficient.
Excellent company to deal with and the product works very well, would highly recommend.

We despaired of ever being able to have a speed higher than 0.4 ,which our existing supplier was incapable of supplying.
Thankfully the engineers at Boundless came along promptly to survey our property, confirmed it could be done, and Hey Presto ! Shortly after we had a super new, fast service from Boundless. It's really reliable, no outages to speak of. But if we need technical help, a professional & knowledgeable tech engineer is just a phone call away . Promptly sorting us out with ease & patience.

Like many people in rural areas I did not have access to an Internet service to the level at which I needed for both work and as a home life-line - Boundless Networks' services enabled me to consume the content that would otherwise be unavailable to me - so I signed up around 7 years ago.
But times have moved on. My area of the country does now have access to super-fast broadband. Have I moved away from Boundless Networks because of this? No.
I get the service I need from BN, at a fantastic price. I no longer require a home telephone line - normally a prerequisite for broadband. So that's nearly a £20/month cost avoidance immediately. Also the broadband services are more cost effective than others on the market.
Their technical support is great. I have had cause to contact BN on a couple of occasions to inquire why my service seemed slow, or because there was an outage. On one occasion it turned out that one of my machines was updating some software and doing some heavy downloads. Tech support helped point out what was going on. On another occasion I got a personal call back, on a Sunday night, to check if everything was okay again.
So in summary, I'm very pleased with the service, and the people behind it.

Superfast connection
Working brilliantly so far. Update well over a year in now, no downtime, the connection has been rock solid. Do need to get their act together on the 2.3gb symmetric as upload raw files to Amazon and and the extra bandwidth would be useful, as would like to stay with this company. That is not a criticism of the company btw, I suspect upgrade might still be pending on the xpon in our area, have been offered 2gb down though not the same up
