The wife and I have stayed here 3 times. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have a beautiful view of the mountains.

My only complaint is that most Best Westerns offer either free breakfasts, continental options, or at least hot coffee in the lobby.
But that is the only con. Outside of that, I definitely recommend this hotel.

Welcoming staff. Quick check in. Clean room. Quiet neighbors. Didn’t hear street traffic. Walking distance to various meal options. Breakfast area is small, but there was more than enough to choose from. Pool looked clean. Lots of level parking spaces, but feels tight. Easy checkout.

The motel is easy access, has a pool and spa. Owners and staff are accommodating. I am there weekly and will continue to come back. The hardest part is when the big trucks come into the parking lot it is hard to find a spot to park. Otherwise the place is the best spot in Willits

The hotel itself is actually ok, however, I had ants in my room. The manager simply came in and sprayed chemicals everywhere, without moving any of the coffee supplies, which included unwrapped stirrers.

No apology or offer to move rooms.

Ants were back in about an hour.

I am a road tripper and a photographer, I have stayed in so many Best Western, this is one of my least favorite. Here is my honest suggestion for improvement. The bed is too soft, the bedding is very basic, the most uncomfortable is the heater/air conditioner, fan-grill is not adjustable, the wind blow to my face all night long as I was sleeping in the bed (we had a two q-bed rm) near the air conditioning. The breakfast is very limited.
The last suggestion, the owner should be more friendly, show some smiles and say good morning to your guests.

Reservation and response to our call was very good. We were excited looking at the photos. But very disappointed once we entered the room. Our room looks and feels run down with dirty carpet. Two sitting chairs are dirty with stains and are worn out. Bathroom door laminate cover is peeled at the bottom and sides. Bathroom walls are repaired, but you can see the bad paint job on where the walls were patched and repaired. Bedding is cheap like the one you see in a typical cheap motel! This is not a Best Western hotel that I had experienced previously. I am not trying to be mean or anything, but this is not what I expected of a Best Western. I thought we are going to stay in a half decent clean room, wondering if this is too much to ask?!

Was everything a travel hotel needed to be - room was clear, AC was cold, towels were fluffy, pool/hut tub was clean, just the thing after a long day on the road. Breakfast packed a good variety into a small area, and the coffee was strong and hot. Not a new property, but well taken care of / maintained, and staff were friendly and helpful

My husband and I stayed at this Best Western for 3 nights. The motel is dated, but as far as motels go, I was pleasantly surprised by several things. The light breakfast was quite good. The towels were new, soft, and large. Housekeeping came every day, but never interrupted us. The wifi was good. Check-in and -out was easy. My only complaint was the hours for the pool didn't work for when we wanted to use it, and one of the mornings the gate to the pool was locked when it should have been open. Overall, we had a comfortable stay.
