Faire 4 Sterne. Das Hotel war sauber, das Frühstück mit viel Auswahl und aufmerksamen Personal. Einen Stern Abzug für die Klimaanlage, diese ist sehr laut und war auch nicht auszuschalten egal ob über die Fernbedienung oder direkt am Gerät.

We had no idea what to expect when booking a hotel in Lakeland, a city we had never visited. We were so pleasantly surprised! The Hotel was Gorgeous! The Room fantastic! Everything was incredibly clean! The Staff, from front desk clerk Angie to the breakfast crew with Francisco and John Henry, were hospitable, kind and accommodating. Breakfast was complete and delicious! Many options to choose from. We were made to feel at home right away, and our stay was comfortable, relaxing and memorable! The hotel is only minutes away from anything you'd really want to see, eat or do. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here, and if we return, this will be the first place we will book. Great job!!!! The manager should be proud!

Stayed here with my husband over the past weekend. The common areas in the hotel were squeaky clean as well as the rooms, all of staff went out of their way to be helpful and kind, breakfast was good. Other people staying there were other families, couples, groups of young people, all good friendly interactions. The area felt totally safe and it was easy to get there. Would recommend and we'll stay here again if we're back in the area.

I would give this place 5 stars; the staff was incredibly friendly, from check in to breakfast to checkout, super friendly!!! The employees were always ready to greet us and offer help. So nice to see. Ample parking, lobby seemed updated, ease of checking in and out, the only thing I noticed is the bathroom door in our room did not “click” shut. We also could not lock. Also, the lighting in bathroom was super dim, and we had an event to go to, so it was difficult doing makeup. There was a dark stain on the bedroom carpeting and also the bathroom door looked damaged and dirty in some of the corners. Other than that, no issues. breakfast was actually pretty good, although they ran out of a few things an hour before they closed. I would stay here again.

Nice clean and new…. But the location is not!! It’s probably 200 yards from a busy railroad that operates all night and all day. All trains sound their horns at every intersection.. SO..you hear it coming for miles away and when it gets to hotel it about blows you out of the bed. I didn’t sleep at all the night I stayed and will not be coming back. I paid 120.00 for a sleepless night. Do yourself a favor keep searching for a Better place to stay.. whoever thought this was a great place to put a hotel should be Fired!!! When I told the lady at the front desk during check out she knew exactly what I was referring too.. but if you think they offered me a discount.. heck no!!! WARNING STAY AWAY!!
