I recently stayed at this hotel, and I have to say, cleanliness is my top priority—and this place exceeded my expectations. The entire hotel was spotless, from the rooms to the common areas. The location was also nice and quiet, which added to the relaxing atmosphere. The room was pleasantly dark at night, and I had a fantastic sleep.

I did encounter a minor inconvenience with my door, as it stuck and didn’t latch properly a few times, making it tricky to get in.

While this hotel is priced higher than others in the area, the cleanliness and overall upkeep make it worth it. The breakfast was decent with a good variety of options, and the area was always well-stocked and immaculate. If cleanliness and a restful night’s sleep are as important to you as they are to me, this hotel is a great choice.

Brenda was amazing. She was so kind and I wish all customer service people were like her. We got there very late on Christmas Eve after a rough trip and I just loved her. Thank you Brenda!

Everyone I met in Princeton was a lovely and considerate human being. Except Heather, Heather ran the front desk, and her brand of customer service can best be described as a mix of Disney Villain and Correctional Officer. Do not waste your time and money here, they don't care about your service or respect you as a human being. I highly recommend the Super Sleep Inn. Clean, impeccable customer service, and you'll save yourself some $$ without having to deal with these blowhards.

We spent three nights here for a family event. Our room was large and clean, but hotel is older & needs a bit updating as room furniture & decor is worn. Staff friendliness was generally good. Night desk & breakfast staff were very friendly & helpful, but one daytime worker was very abrupt & not very friendly. She was quick to point out that since we were staying multiple nights, we’d receive no housekeeping service & informed us all the things our 5 year old, very well behaved, relative was not allowed to do. Hotel does not accept dogs, which for us is a negative. Hot tub was also out of order during our stay.

Overall a good place to stay! It is hard for a budget hotel in a small town to get 5 stars, as I did have a few insignificant complaints- the bed wasn't the most comfortable, AC/heater was difficult to get on a good setting, etc. But overall, it clearly has a team that takes good care of the place. The building feels very rustic but in a good way, and even has a pool/hot tub that is well maintained. The whole place is very clean and quiet. Breakfast is basic, but gets the job done. I would stay here again if I had to for work.

The staff is not friendly. They all seem like they are miserable working there. No hellos or good mornings - in fact some just were basically rude. Customer service needs to be worked on big time. Also, the keys don’t work half the time…and no it wasn’t up against our cell phones. We had to go down to the desk numerous times to discuss the issue. Also refused an hour late check out time (after all of that) unless we paid $20 extra. Ridiculous.

We were worried about staying here as we read a few negative reviews, however we were pleasantly surprised with our stay. We had a very nice greeting by the front desk staff member. They gave us free cookies and access to free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. They also had extra supplies they gave us like a tooth brush.

The room we very clean and looked newly renovated. The room was very dark and we heard no noise from outside and had a wonderful sleep.

Breakfast was like a normal hotel breakfast but we were served the food which was nice.

All the staff were very kind and friendly! I recommend this hotel!
