Die Zimmer sind bunt und funktional ausgestattet. Das Design hat Stil - ich fand es sehr jugendlich und witzig. Selbiges gilt für die Eingangshalle, in der es auch einen Billardtisch gibt. Dieses Hotel ist hundefreundlich, es gibt sogar Hundekekse beim Eingang. Einziges Manko: das Frühstück ist sehr... Amerikanisch... Plastik und zu Tode raffiniertes essen...

Let me tell you, I would give 5 stars if it weren’t for the supervisor that was on shift that did not speak when I walked in. I give 5 stars to Tiffany, she was nothing less than amazing! She had great service and made me feel welcomed. She was very personable. While waiting for my DoorDash order I watched her diffuse a situation with another guest flawlessly. I would solely come back for her! The rooms were great, clean and modern.

Don’t know what’s with all the other 3 star reviews but I had no problem with staying at this location. Rooms were clean and quiet. The location was in walking distance to tons of restaurants, a movie theater, HEB groceries which I found surprisingly when it risk business being taking from them with folks eating at the hotel. Staff was pretty chill and professional. Greeted you as you came and go. Front lobby and bar area decor was nice. The Gym area was great and very clean. I think they definitely deserve much more than 3 stars.

Based on my experience here, this hotel was great overall. The location is fantastic with various places within a very short walking distance (examples: restaurants such as Snow Pea and more, HEB grocery store, Alamo Drafthouse Movie Theater, etc.). The customer service I received at the hotel was very good. The hotel was comfortable and it maintained a comfortable, modern atmosphere. There is a bar and breakfast for purchase in the mornings (approx. prices are $6, $7, etc.). The A/C in my room took a while to cool down when I lowered the thermostat (it was placed high when I first entered), but it worked just fine. Throughout the day and night, I could hardly hear any noise from the surrounding rooms. Free parking. I would definitely recommend this place and would return.

We stayed for 4 nights and over all had a good visit. Staying that long I felt like we needed a room freshen around day 2 but the could not do that, we were given new towels though, that was nice.

Pros- the front desk staff was very kind and had some good recommendations on places to go/ visit
The gym was nice and was great for a quick workout
The hot tub worked well

Cons- the room temperature was either like a sauna or an ice box and would not settle in a good middle ground

The pillows are too soft they were really uncomfortable.

Breakfast has little to no gluten free choices and staff could not make changes to the food in the menu.

On our last day the cleaning team just walked in our room without knocking. Kind of shocking for everyone.

I have stayed at this Aloft several times and have had exceptional experiences. I want to commend Lester and Daniel, two outstanding associates who consistently go above and beyond. They warmly welcome every guest with a smile and maintain a pleasant demeanor, creating a great atmosphere. I also want to mention that the general manager, Taylor, has helped contribute to my amazing experience.

The housekeeping staff also deserves praise for keeping the hotel clean, fresh-smelling, and always being kind and accommodating whenever I needed a replacement towel.

Overall, my stays have been fantastic, and I look forward to many more stays at Aloft. Thank you for the excellent service and hospitality!

Not happy with this stay. Dead crickets on the carpet so who knows when it was vacuumed last. Mini fridge was not usable do to the horrid smell. When opened, it stunk up my entire room and had to go buy spray. Really needed the mini fridge for my vitamins and medications. Shower drain smelled 100 times worse than that so my showers had to be super quick and was not able to relax. TV turned on by itself full volume one night. Desk was dirty and dusty so I couldn't work there until I cleaned it. Bathroom counters were dirty also. Asked for wake up call at 9am and the phone rang at 844am and wouldn't stop so I had to unplug it and plug it back in. One of the blinds wouldn't close completely. Had a man working there have an attitude because I parked up front to unload my luggage. People running up and down the halls at 1am making noise. No one asked how my stay was at checkout. Wasnt asked for an email to confirm check in/out. Definitely wasn't worth the price I paid.

There is also a bar and pool table. My little boys and I love to plaay a good game
Of pool when we stay. The only bummer about it here is they do NOT provide continental breakfast.
