Probably the worst internet service I've ever had internet is ok at best but beyond that everything else is terrible they require you get extra stuff on your service for a "lower bill" even though you'll never use it, the autopay is horrible doesn't work at all and if that wasn't bad enough the late fee is basically extortion who charges a $103 as a late fee worst service ever

So internet speeds are great and the technician that came to help setup was awesome and knowledgeable. However, the individuals that work at the store are extremely rude and hate their jobs, but that doesn’t matter because we get our internet either way. However, I recently went overseas and tried to pause my service and was REFUSED. I had to deploy on short notice due to changes and an ISP wasn’t at the top of my priority list. They continued to charge me for months during my deployment and refuse to remove the fees. I will literally DIE before I pay this company another dime. If you have family or someone that will stay back while you’re overseas to use the internet, it’s fine. But if you’re alone and you go overseas, expect to pay for internet you won’t use.

Terrible internet, bad customer service, their billing department likes to double charge and threaten to shut off your internet if you don't pay the "full amount". I hope Fort Carson picks a new provider, because this one needs to be out of business.

Edit: So, after talking to the one member of the TDS team who had a brain cell (can't remember the name, unfortunately), an issue that persisted for three days was actually resolved. After arguing with their finance department for nearly 6 hours one day about making a double payment for this month (183 when we owe 86 and paid 95), I finally got a hold of someone who instructed me how to get my Internet working again and scheduled a technician to come out. We have been running all electronics off my phones hotspot for almost a week, and have no idea how an Internet company is going to try charging 183 a month for the worst Internet available on the market. 4647 Stumpf Road is the account, for the owner who gets easily confused on where to find this information.

I had auto payments set up but every two months I go in there an it says I'm 2months behind and can't even get into auto pay. Both times more recently today I have paid both fees for November and currently this month January. I then contacted customer service because my service was disconnected and asked them about when my internet was going to be turned back on and they stated at the end of the buisness day or tomorrow and that didn't know when but sometime around the . This is a little ridiculous. Just so everyone knows I tried to restart my auto pay but it wouldn't let me get in there prior to these late fees and bills came out so I would be on time but again it wouldn't let me.i usually never put in a review. But I'm highly irritated. Maybe I'm overreacting some please let me know.

Service is shoddy at best. Worst monopolization of an installations WIFI that I’ve ever seen. Your online user interface is trash, “auto pay” is a joke, and you don’t get what you pay for. Ft Carson, do better.

I been in carson 2 years so far. tds was good at the start, but past year its been trash. 5G wifi has been on and off past year, right now its been 3 weeks no 5G, wont connect. My bill started at $109ishhh and now its $125 i call and no explanation is given as to why. When it wants to work its super good but when it doesnt and i need help its not given.

I can only pay the bill once every like 3 months because they never started automatic payments like requested, I can never get the website to work to pay it manually, they never answer the phone or put me on hold for hours until they close, so I can’t even pay over the phone. and our WiFi that were being billed for hasn’t even worked for the past 3 days.

Just got a bill for 165? It says that my monthly bill. It's supposed to be 85. Internet sucks. Over price. Wish I could give a 0 star. Fort carson is doing their soldiers wrong for having them. I'll be figuring out another way.
